Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First off, my husband and I waited 15 minutes in drive thru before deciding to go in. Once we walked in and ordered, we waited another 15 minutes for our food. Second, the service is horrible. One girl looked lost and had no idea what to do. She almost gave us someone else's order at the front counter, once we recieved our food, I checked it and said thank you. No response from the young girl. This place has really gone downhill. Definitely need lots of improvements.

My entire order was messed up and didn't realize until I got home after returning to the store to inform.tjem I am parked again for over 20 minutes then she comes to bring me an order that wasn't even mine and asked me if im still waiting on the messed up order I said yes she tells me im gonna go tell them smh and here I am still sitting. Its ridiculous no organization at all. Now tierra is the only one with great customer service and sense thank.yoh tierra

Order ahead, did not expect my food to be ready 7 minutes early but, when asked to pull around and park and my brought out to me. I expected that to happen. Silly me! 20 minutes later I had to walk inside to find my food sitting there. Get home, chicken barely wRm and cold fries. Now I remember why I stopped ordering from this location. Lack of caring and taking pride in a job well done by the staff means thi gs like this happen often.

I've been going here to grab a salad for my dad after work for the past two months. They've always gotten my order right. They used to be a lot slower, but whatever they're doing, they really fixed it up.It's not nearly the wait it used to be. Good job yall

This Zaxbys in Covington sucks! The workers are not friendly, they hardly ever get orders right and god forbid you order any kind of dipping sauce because they give you a plastic container with a few drops of sauce in it. It’s absolutely horrible there. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ZAXBYS!

The food at every Zaxby’s I have been to has been consistent and tasty. This location did not have good service. Asked three times if the Signature Sandwich was spicy. Three times there was no response. When we got to the window the two employees at the window were scrolling on their phones and not paying attention.
