Pulled up to drive through at 10:25 to order. Didn't realize that they don't open till 10:30 until I saw the door as I was pulling away.Staff was nice and gave no hint that they weren't technically open yet. Delicious salad!

The food at every Zaxby’s I have been to has been consistent and tasty. This location did not have good service. Asked three times if the Signature Sandwich was spicy. Three times there was no response. When we got to the window the two employees at the window were scrolling on their phones and not paying attention.

Got a Cobb salad, there was a tiny two-inch × quarter-inch strip of chicken, a two inch slice of tomato and a spoonful of shredded cheese. So I paid 12 dollars for what was essentially a head of lettuce. I had to get ingredients out of my refrigerator to make what Zaxbys wouldn't. Complete rip-off, I'll never eat there again.

My family and I stopped for dinner at the Covington, TN Zaxby's tonight, and I love Zaxby's, but this experience was awful. We went through the drive thru and when it was our turn at the window, a lady who I am assuming was the manager was asking about what we ordered, they didn't know, we explained to them what we ordered and they have us our drinks and asked us to pull around, they'd bring it out shortly. We aren't certain what happened but we believe they gave the vehicle in front of us our order, again not certain. So we pulled around to wait. We sat and waited 20 minutes and still no one had brought us out our order. So I took our receipt in to ask about our food. It took a minute for someone to come address me. I didn't see the woman we assumed to be the manager anywhere. So the young lady who addressed me asked me what I wanted to order, I informed her that we had already ordered and had not yet received our food. I was very polite and just wanted to check on it. The young lady goes back into the kitchen (to which is in my view and ear shot) and asks the woman who was cooking about our order. That woman proceeded to tell her co-worker " Well she is going to have to wait!" And the young lady came back to me and said it was being worked on. So I sat and waited and it was only like another two minutes after that, that the food was ready. But during those two minutes, the woman who was cooking our food continued to talk to her coworkers about me, calling me vuglar names and needless to say I can hear all of this. And when she goes to give the young lady our food, she is eyeballing me from behind the kitchenette. Unfortunately I did not get the cooks name who talked about me this way. And the manager throughout this whole time while I was inside was nowhere to be seen or to hear her employee talking that way in front customers. So the young lady brought me our food. And I thanked her and asked her to tell her friend God Bless her. And walked out without saying anything else. I get back to our vehicle and my husband informs me his drink was not even right. He asked for coke and got tea instead. After spending $32 dollars on our food and to be treated that way, I will not go back to Zaxby's location. Again, it was only the cook who I really did not appreciate her behavior, the rest of the staff was okay. So your experience may not be like this, but my family and I will not return there. I worked in fast food in my life and I know how stressful it can be, but there is still never any reason to treat people that way.

I went in there recently and notice yet again another shift change. You guys had a AWESOME LADY that had made me and my family come back. We went in to have dinner and left because she is no longer there. What be wrong with companies that get good help and then they disappear. Zaxbys I guess you don't pay attention to reviews and sales.

Showed up one Saturday evening 2 mins before closing because my family and I literally had zero food to prepare for dinner as we were in the middle of moving the staff still greeted me with a smile, took my order, and was more polite than I have ever been treated at most fast food restaurants. If I could give them 10 stars for kindness and professionalism I would. The food was fresh and hot. Great staff and experience overall.

Worst customer service. Orders are rarely right. Sauces and kids side items are almost always wrong or missing. When you want to talk to them about your experience, they don’t listen long enough for you to finish a sentence. When orders are wrong or missing items, the only way they will make it right is by making you drive back to the store to get the missing items. If you can’t do that, then the good news is that you’ll get to enjoy chicken without sauce today, and sauce without chicken tomorrow. So if you enjoy the opportunity to eat ranch by the spoonful, this is the place for you.

Ordered around 9:40pm. Expected a wait with a few other orders. After paying, we were pulled forward to a parking spot and told our order would be brought out shortly. We had two seperate employees come out and ask what we had, and said "oh this isn't it" and that was it for FOURTY minutes. We called the store, they asked us to come back to the window. We were then given a brief "sorry about that" and then asked if we would like a different item? We watched multiple employees do their closing duties, and we not only waited an hour for our food, we were asked to have something else. As another food service manager, I understand orders getting lost, long waits, etc., but there is ZERO excuse for this entire visit. Poor etiquette across the staff, clearly no organization in the kitchen.
