The building was very clean and quiet. The staff was very polite and friendly. I had my nieces and my grandson with me and I was assisted with seating for the kids and they were interacting with the children as well. I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had at Zaxby’s restaurant. I had the lemon pepper wings and they were on point.

Made a mobile pick up order. Food was said to be ready at 2:21p food was NOT ready on time! Was told to pull in a parking spot. Food was not brought out until 2:58p the drinks were wrong food was wrong and cold. The reason it the employees were all playing and not taking their job seriously. So it was money wasted.

My order was completely incorrect. I usually get good food and service with Zaxby's. I prefer them over Chic-fil-a. But this time, I had a hard time placing the order online. I tried the website as well as the app. Horrible experience. Then when I tried setting a time it wouldn't allow me to set for delivery. Kept asking for me to put in the color of a car? Then the time wouldn't let me set it for asap 22+ min. I end up going for pick up and they made my meal wrong. I asked for up size and still didn't get all items i chose.

The food is always good. However this time I came, I came 25 mins before close I understand that is pushing it. Went through the drive thru to order and they said they only had a few things to offer. And the fries were “down” I couldn’t order really anything. I asked for a simple 8 count boneless but they said they were low on food. Seems to me they cleaned up early and didn’t want to dirty anything else up. I will come back because I know it is not EVERYONE in the employment. But that’s just ridiculous. Never let me down but tonight they did. It’s not a huge deal to be frank but a food place out of chicken and fries exactly what they are known for is questionable.

Best place in covington to get your chicken. The traditional wings just a little to small but the chicken strips are a hit. Give them a try you will not be disappointed!!

Hot take: Maybe don’t leave the door open and then have a nasty attitude saying “WERE NOT OPEN GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH” when I walk in to get my pick up order though the OPEN door.

So this was my family's and I first time visiting this Zaxby's and I'm pretty disappointed. When a meal cost 13-15 dollars for a plate,I expect decent portions and then I had to wait for the 9 fries (no exaggeration) that they gave me on each plate, I also had double fries for each plate
