I want to say Good Job with the new leadership at this location. Placed my order and when I say the new Manager made sure food came quick and was fresh. Great new hire and kudos to the male manager also. Upper management good call on the new hires.

Ordered around 9:40pm. Expected a wait with a few other orders. After paying, we were pulled forward to a parking spot and told our order would be brought out shortly. We had two seperate employees come out and ask what we had, and said "oh this isn't it" and that was it for FOURTY minutes. We called the store, they asked us to come back to the window. We were then given a brief "sorry about that" and then asked if we would like a different item? We watched multiple employees do their closing duties, and we not only waited an hour for our food, we were asked to have something else. As another food service manager, I understand orders getting lost, long waits, etc., but there is ZERO excuse for this entire visit. Poor etiquette across the staff, clearly no organization in the kitchen.

Cashier very rude. She obviously doesn't like her job. I wasn't given my sauce so when I asked for the sauce the lady caught a terrible attitude. Even though the lady was unprofessional I told here thank you and have a nice day and she rudely added pshhh yea. Do better.
