We move to Winchester, TN from HI just over a year ago. We have lived in 3 states in just a few years and travelled and eaten all over the country. We stopped in Paw Paws for lunch our first week living in TN with my kids and mother and had the catfish; absolutely delicious! We were impressed by the kindness, desire to meet our food tastes, and customer service. The atmosphere was comfortable with old-style family farm tables; reminded me of sweet family memories from long ago....
We just happened to be driving through and came upon this hole in the wall! Glad we did, food was wonderful (highly recommend the catfish and chicken n dumplins). Staff was super sweet! 10/10!!
As a local, and knowing the owners from Cowan… I’ll say the food is sooo good. One of the BEST burgers I’ve ever had in Franklin Co! Can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank y’all.
