This is a nice bakery with a coffee shop vibe and good free wifi. Everything is reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and helpful. Good for getting some work done or grabbing a nice treat.
So I was planning to go into town to get some supplies for baking this morning as well as going to the Farmers market. Since there's no air conditioning, I went ahead and got the supplies for baking for tomorrow.
Meanwhile, while I was on Facebook, I discovered the new Sweet Southern Spirit Dessert and Coffee Bar in Cowan. I went in and tried an Apple Fritter and their dark roast coffee. It was delicious! They have the coffee prepared especially for them here in Tennessee....
