What’s really sad about this is that the food here is actually quite good; the place lacks ambiance, but that’s easily overlooked given the food. However, the service has gone down hill dramatically in the past couple months to the point where we can’t justify giving them our business anymore, regardless of how good the food is. Really unfortunate, so much potential for a successful business wasted.

I am half Italian but come from an all Italian family. My grand parents came from Naples and didn’t speak English for many years. My aunt and uncle owned an Italian restaurant in Miami called Carino’s, a famous restaurant of its time. I say this because I know what Italian food should taste like and 3 Italians is close to what I ate growing up. Very authentic Italian food. I suggest you give them a try. I will be back.

By far the worst attempt at Italian food I've had. We were the first and only ones there while eating. We ordered the bruschetta and a side of meatballs to start. The bruschetta was a tiny bowl of tomatoes and onions with 4 tiny pieces of stale bread for $12.99. The meatballs were cold and very processed with what tasted like a can of tomato sauce. For the main course we both got the special because they were out of steak. The special was eggplant Parmesan which came out cold as well with a blob of mozzarella masking the rubbery eggplant. The eggplant was not prepared correctly and as I said the sauce was not good. It was an expensive disappointment.

“KIS” (Keep it Simple). This restaurant is GOOD! Driving along I-40 and not wanting fast food? This is the place to stop for a delicious Italian meal with excellent service and reasonable prices.
The marinara sauce is amazing! Service, food, and atmosphere was great!

The food was very good. The service was exceptional. Joan made our dining experience most enjoyable. It is a byob since they don’t serve alcohol, but I don’t agree with the $2 per person fee for a wine glass. Our bottle was a twist off so the staff didn’t even have to open it. Then we took our desert to go which was a $1 fee. I don’t think after spending $80 on dinner, I should get nickel and dimed with fees. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. After all, it’s not NYC it’s Crossville, TN. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for those fees.
Food was just okay. The service was very bad! Watched several couples leave because it took so long to get served. When the waitress brought our check and took our money...it took her 40 minutes to return with the receipt. Always cheer for local businesses to prosper.. to do well! Hope they get the kinks worked out..soon.
