Don't be fooled by the cafeteria like setting. This food is all hand made from scratch and is as good as any Chinese food you'll have. Portions are big. One dinner will just about feed two people.

I decided to get pork ramen and it was a mistake. The ramen tasted like it had gone bad. My boyfriend and I had decided to just share his food and ask for a refund on just the ramen because it was that bad. The nice girls at the front went to the back to talk to who I assume is the owner and cook and he came out and very rudely said there’s absolutely nothing wrong with his food and he would not refund us. Then sat there and argued with me telling me that I don’t know what i’m talking about and if that everyone who didn’t like a dish got a refund then he wouldn’t be in business. He also said well you already ate it. We had like 3 bites out of it between my boyfriend and I trying to figure out if it was just me or the ramen. News flash it was the ramen. I understand not refunding every customer, but If it is truly bad food then you should refund your customers. We won’t be eating here again and I hope y’all learn to talk to customers with respect. $15 wasted on disgusting food.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was prepared quickly and was quite tasty. The prices were great and the portions were generous. My friends and I were very pleased by our choice to have lunch there.

This place is next to a weed store . Food is pretty decent but, comes in a Styrofoam to go box and makes it feel cheap.

A sad example of what has happened to Chinese food in America. Got a lunch special with chicken in a "spicy Asian" sauce. There was no mention of the fact that the chicken was breaded or that the sauce was just basically a sugar syrup with no detectable spiciness. I've been to China on two separate occasions and never had any food like this. It must originate from the Glucose Province.

DISGRESSIVE SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THEY SHOULD TAKE A LESSON ON BEHAVIOR AND BEING HUMAN BEFORE MAKING MONEY:
We were at restaurant with my wife around 5:30-6:30 pm today(28 Sept.)Our food was delayed by about 40 minutes. Actually, we did not care much about this delay. We asked the waitress if our meal would take longer. The girl came with a careless attitude, literally threw the plates on the table and turned around and left.
Even though we were shocked, we didn't say anything and left after the meal. We went to almost all the restaurants in Crossville, but this is the first time we encounter such a disgrace.
The boss of the workplace can look at the cameras around 5:30-6:30.
I can send it to him by e-mail if necessary.
I do not recommend this restaurant to any respectful and decent family. And I will send this review everywhere.
You need to improve your service quality. I can't even imagine how the waiters treat old people in this restaurant.

TL/DR: Food is good quality, quantity is acceptable to generous for the price (varies by what is ordered), speed on our visit was amazing. Will return for sure.
Went for dinner on a Thursday. We had barely sat down when they brought out food out. I was surprised by the speed. As we ate, I observed that the time from order to food on table did slow some as they got busier, but still better than most restaurants.
The food was of good overall quality. The main dish portions were large for the price. It isn't much different in price from a local Chinese buffet, but much better quality. There is less variety of course. Compared to a local Japanese steak house, it's much more economical but food wasn't quite as good.
I am looking forward to trying more of their menu on future visits.

I was here on a vacation from Florida. This is hands down the best place to eat in crossville. I couldn’t recommend it enough the food is great. The vibe is great. The staff is great especially the two ladies in the front taking care of everyone. Their names were Karen and Allison. Thank you so much for taking care of us. if you’re ever in the area please do yourself a favor and stop by and enjoy some local cuisine.

Asked for spicy and it had no spice. Place played obnoxious music. Over priced for what you get.
