While eating in dinning room I observed a female employee go use the restroom while still wearing her apron and the strings dragging on floor!!!! She wasn't working the counter she was prepairing the food!!!!!

Very poorly run. The buns are frequently stale, the condiments are usually empty, and the napkins smell musty. It’s always a challenge to find a clean table even when the dining room is empty.

Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals. A sprite and sweet tea to drink. Both sandwiches were cold. The sweet tea taste like water. And the sprite taste like carbonation. 25 dollars just throwed away

We went through the drive through. It took 14 minutes before we could order our food. Then it took another 17 minutes waiting for it to be made. It took longer than a sit down fancy restaurant to get our food. Its supposed to be fast food. What a joke.

This store is horrendous. Something is always wrong. Meat is cold, fries are cold, beef n cheddar cheese is cold.
Update: went back. Asked for side of red ranch. Even said I would pay for it. No red ranch. The drive through person literally did not say a word to me.
Update 1/4/25: Tried again to go to this restaurant. Pull up. Ask for a #2 double. Asked for a large fry and. Dr. Pepper. While saying dr. Pepper the worker interrupts "curly or crinky". I say curly and wait. She says "what to drink" I say dr. pepper please. I then ask if she can drop fries fresh because the place is dead. She says that will be whatever the cost was I say thanks, can you drop the fries fresh for me please? She said "I heard you the first Horrible horrible horrible

I always went through the drive-through, 2-4 times a week. Ordered the 2 for $6., Chicken and roast beef and would generally get 2 Chicken and 2 roast beef. Always ask that they would be hot. They usually were not. Especially the Chicken, which upset me. This happened time and time again, even after asking for them to be hot. Needless to say, I stopped going there. I loved the Chicken especially, it was good, but was sloppily made and many times there were no tomatoes, little lettuce, and little mayo.
Ordered roast beef sandwich. That was not roast beef meat on it. It tasted horrible.went through a drive-through, so I can't really judge the atmosphere other than through the drive-through. And the atmosphere outside the place was not pleasant. I don't think I will ever eat at another Arby's ever again.
Absolutely amazing! The service was immaculate. The gentleman authentic drive-thru was super sweet and dis not make us feel rushed at all. 10/10
