The drive thru is horrible I waited 30 minutes to get to the window to get my food then got to the window have to wait 10 more minutes on 3 minute potatoes I understand people are shorthanded but this is ridiculous horrible service

Absolutely amazing! The service was immaculate. The gentleman authentic drive-thru was super sweet and dis not make us feel rushed at all. 10/10
While eating in dinning room I observed a female employee go use the restroom while still wearing her apron and the strings dragging on floor!!!! She wasn't working the counter she was prepairing the food!!!!!

Very poorly run. The buns are frequently stale, the condiments are usually empty, and the napkins smell musty. It’s always a challenge to find a clean table even when the dining room is empty.

Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals. A sprite and sweet tea to drink. Both sandwiches were cold. The sweet tea taste like water. And the sprite taste like carbonation. 25 dollars just throwed away

We went through the drive through. It took 14 minutes before we could order our food. Then it took another 17 minutes waiting for it to be made. It took longer than a sit down fancy restaurant to get our food. Its supposed to be fast food. What a joke.
