We went through the drive through. It took 14 minutes before we could order our food. Then it took another 17 minutes waiting for it to be made. It took longer than a sit down fancy restaurant to get our food. Its supposed to be fast food. What a joke.

Every time I go to the Crossville, TN location & Dylan is working I know that everything will be great. He is always very helpful & happy. You need more employees like him. He always goes above & beyond.

Visited twice inside and no ice in both machines out front and had to go to the counter. And no carbonation in the sodas very flat.
