I would dare to say this is THE BEST catering business around Middle Tennessee. I have used them multiple times and they never disappoint. The food is unique, flavorful, and you get a lot of food for what you pay. Prompt, friendly, responsive, and I would give them more than five stars if I could. My staff is always thrilled when Blairstone is delivering!

I can't say enough good things about Blairstone Bakery! We had been wanting to try out the bakery for several weeks, and finally had a chance. We were coming from Cookeville and from following the bakery on social media, I knew that they sell out most days. I called ahead and asked if I could let her know what I wanted since we couldn't be there til later. I ordered several items and when we got there, she had them all boxed up for us. We got Chocolate Chip Cookies Opera Cake Tiramisu Paris Brest Cheese Bread \\u0026 Cinnamon Rolls. Now, I am a professional baker, and I will honestly tell you that those were the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever eaten in my life! I had never had Opera Cake, as it is a European dessert. I didn't really know what to expect, but it was really good. The tiramisu was classic and delicious. I also had never had Paris Brest. It was sooo good! After the cookies, it was my favorite thing! My mom ate the cheese bread and I didn't try it. The cinnamon rolls were classic, delicious, on point. If you are anywhere in the area, you NEED to try out this bakery! They are super friendly, know what they're doing, and will make you do a happy dance! From one baker to another, you're definitely doing it right!
