I can't tell you how many times we have came to your Crossville, TN location and you haven't put my coleslaw in my tailgate box. We have a family member who loves the white gravy as well and ask for it specifically, you repeat it all back correctly at the end of the order only to get home and have brown gravy! It's very upsetting especially when you dont have the time to turn around to go back and fix it. Please pay more attention.

Went through drive through seen the special blue berry chicken waffle asked if I would like one, I said yes, then ordered a meal, drove around two girls were too busy talking, then few minutes took my money and when she handed money back I had almost break my wrist to get it from her, very awkward, got my meal drove to parking space to check order and noticed the blue berry special was not in bag, drove back around to let them know, said they never charged me and since they didn't give receipt I had no proof, if a 4 peice wing meal is close $20 buck will never go back! Or they are stealing!

Cashier was great and very professional! Manager however was rude at the window insisting I go park in the curbside pick up because I would interfere with their “ticket times”. Fresh or not, if the food isn’t ready and no cars are behind me why would she insist I get out of the line… makes no sense, just to make it look like they are slinging that food out on the fly?

Ordered breakfast and drinks, loved the large hash rounds very crispy and not too greasy. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was good. Tea was okay. Overall, it is a very good breakfast.
Bojangles is the family go-to for occasions and for good reason. The Bo box is always filled with enough food to feed an army and the service is fast and friendly!
