Ordered the fried chicken sandwich. It was really good. Ordered the sweet potato pie, they changed the recipe for the worst. It was not as good as before. Will not recommend the sweet potato pie. Would recommend the chicken sandwich and their chicken in general.
I can't tell you how many times we have came to your Crossville, TN location and you haven't put my coleslaw in my tailgate box. We have a family member who loves the white gravy as well and ask for it specifically, you repeat it all back correctly at the end of the order only to get home and have brown gravy! It's very upsetting especially when you dont have the time to turn around to go back and fix it. Please pay more attention.

As for the food, the sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious. The fries were way too salty. The dirty rice was good. The sodas were good. The chicken supremes though were not very fresh. I would have rather waited for some minutes for fresh than to have been served some that were tough and lukewarm. We came to the drive...
