Ordered and paid for breakfast on my APP and couldn't pick it up in time because we were having to make final arrangements for a family member. I called at 10:40 am and person told me they hadn't made the breakfast and to contact the APP for any refund as a debit was posted to my card. I made two requests for a refund before I contacted my bank to be refunded. Also, I had another card debit on New Years Eve when I wasn't using my APP or there to purchase.

Ya’ll need to fix your time or stop closing early one of the 2, I don’t know what the issue is. Ordering $30 worth of food on DoorDash cause it says you’re accepting orders just to be told by my dasher ya’ll have closed already and nobody is even at the store, then having to jump through hoops with DoorDash to get my money back cause “the store has already received your order and is prepping it, if you cancel now you can’t be refunded” even though you’re closed is crazy. Get your stuff together please.
