I’m so sick of this place constantly being absolutely atrocious. The service is lazy and unbearable no one working at this place wants to work or cares about their job. What makes me more mad than anything is how often I’m asked to pull to the side and wait for my order, this happened once when I order a single side of fries I sat in a spot and waited for 15mins. End of story don’t go to burger king in crossville. Waste of money and time.

DISGUSTING!! I got my daughter some chicken nuggets, only for her to bite into bone shard fragments. All the chicken products we got were extremely questionable. Doesn’t help that Burger King smells the exact same coming out as it does going in 🤮💩

Ordered and paid for breakfast on my APP and couldn't pick it up in time because we were having to make final arrangements for a family member. I called at 10:40 am and person told me they hadn't made the breakfast and to contact the APP for any refund as a debit was posted to my card. I made two requests for a refund before I contacted my bank to be refunded. Also, I had another card debit on New Years Eve when I wasn't using my APP or there to purchase.
