I stopped at the drive thru Saturday. I wanted 1 piece of fish and 1 piece of chicken. I left with nothing because they can't sell it like that. The first time in my life, I had to leave a restaurant without an order because they would not fill the order I wanted.

I didn't have a good experience at this location. I was trying to get some food and was greeted by a rude employee. I believe her name is Josie. She had a bad attitude with me and made fun of how I looked. I will not be coming back here again. I wouldn't even give this place a star rating but I had to so I could leave a review.

Greeted by a very friendly, helpful order taker. The food is good however the dining experience is destroyed because the restrooms are so filthy the smell permeated the dining room. during the visit my wife required the restroom but the toilet was so filthy she could not sit on it. She notified an employee but nothing was done during our visit. This made me wonder how clean the kitchen might be. I contacted Capt D's customer service regarding this but they failed to respond. This states that they are content with these conditions and do not value retaining customers. If you cannot stomach eating while smelling filthy bathrooms i do not recommend dining in.

Grabbed dinner through the drive through, got home and there's a long blonde hair inside one of my hush puppies as I broke it in half. Shrimp was under cooked. Chicken tasted funny. Do better. I'm sure you are understaffed and I try to remain patient with people but this was totally unexpected and gross

We drove through and ordered what turned out to be the best ever Captain Ds experience. This location served us what all other locations should strive to offer. Nashville and mid Tennessee locations need to take pointers from Crossville Captain Ds. Everything was hot fresh and delicious!! The drive through lady was very nice! We are so pleased with the most delicious lunch we were lucky to get today. Thank you!!!
