We drove through and ordered what turned out to be the best ever Captain Ds experience. This location served us what all other locations should strive to offer. Nashville and mid Tennessee locations need to take pointers from Crossville Captain Ds. Everything was hot fresh and delicious!! The drive through lady was very nice! We are so pleased with the most delicious lunch we were lucky to get today. Thank you!!!

i was greeted with a smile and helpful jessie. our food was to the table within minutes on ordering. it was hot and delicious. we was given plenty of condiments. jessie came to dining room and checked on every patron. the sweet tea is great too.

Quick fresh hot meal. Kind staff.P.s I watched an employee clean the tables while taking drive thru orders and running the register with a good attitude. That's 3 jobs in one! She deserves a raise... I raise a glass to you hun! Great job!
