Chicken & Dumplings were so gross and brown. The beans had the oddest taste and don’t get me started on the coughing and sneezing from the kitchen. I could have got a better meal at Krystal’s. Let’s not forget the crusty salt & pepper shakers.

My husband loved his catfish. My super loaded baked potato was huge and delicious. Our server disappeared halfway thru our meal. We had to get to go boxes and our bill from someone else. Our chairs were dirty with crumbs when we sat down. There was NOBODY in there when we arrived so not sure why it wasn't cleaned.

Terrible. Poorest quality. Imported catfish? Who does that? Tough & gross. Chicken fried steak was awful.

Amazing Food, Service, & a wonderful Atmosphere. The catfish was amazing, the Corn Nuggets were fresh & delicous, hush puppies were the best ive had, & the baked potato was one of the best ive had. Next time we come to Crossville I will defiently have It again.

Always loved this place. They used to give you an option of US farm raised or imported catfish. Not anymore. You get imported catfish or nothing. They used to bring hush puppies and beans to the table as an appetizer. Not anymore. We ordered two plates of food and it took forever. Good thing we were the only people in there. Had to ask for ketchup. The lady brings three tiny packs of ketchup…for two full plates of fish, fries, shrimp and hush puppies. The place gives me funeral home vibes. No music, just dead silence. The catfish was either left over or just low quality to begin with. I feel like they got me good this time for $48. With the changes they made I won’t be back. Hell, the direction that place is going there may not be an option to go anyways. Very disappointed.

I have been a customer for years and always loved the fish until today. It had been a year since I last ate here and was excited to be back. I loved this place because the use to serve American farm raised catfish. Apparently they have fallen to serving Vietnamese Swai which is also catfish and farm raised in California but is completely different in taste and texture. Swai is a lot cheaper than it's American version, which allows restaurant owners to make more profit. The problem is they charge the higher price of American catfish and give you the inferior Vietnamese version. I wish them all the luck in the future, they just won't have my business in the future.
