I ate here 8 times in 5 days doing an event that happened on US 127 from August 5th to the 10th. Would of been 10 times but closed on Sunday. Food and service was awesome. They never fell to set the standard in the way to run a fast food restaurant and are enjoyable to do business with. Thanks for making my trip to Crossville TN awesome.

Probably the slowest chick fil a I have been to. Food was decent, but the wait was over 25 minutes in the drive thru, just to get to the speaker. Not really the customer service I expect or am used to with chick fil a.

Honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve had good customer service and a clean table when eating out, my cashier I think her name was Chloe, she was super kind and made my experience way better than I’ve had at other restruants, eat more chicken!

This was arguably the best Chic-fil-a experience we’ve had in the past 5 years or so. Clean, well kept, service was amazing (shout out to Toni), and the food was perfect. We will absolutely be back!

Food is always consistent and delicious. Waffle fries and chicken sandwich are my favorite plus their lemonade is amazing with pieces of lemon
