I dont usually write reviews. Everyone knows the Chick-fil-A is always top notch. But even with having to temporarily having to close due to tornado warnings. They still maintain a perfossonal work environment with our safety in mind.

Once again, great customer service and outstanding food. Coke Zero on tap. The buns are fresh and the chicken is hot. Fries are a solid 9. Just slightly under salted. But otherwise great.
I've never been to Chick-fil-A in Crossville that wasn't on point, 100%! The service is always top notch and for the first time the other day, I went through the drive-thru and they had a sign posted saying that due to inclement weather you would have to adjust order at the drive-thru kiosk. It worked perfectly! I didn't even know this thing worked but their food is always exactly the same, delicious, hot and on point. There's no wonder there is always a line at Chick-fil-A in Crossville, which moves very fast by the way, and no lines at most other fast food retailers just a few hundred yards away. I wish we had two of them. Excellent job guys!
