You need to update your online hours if you close earlier then listed. The last two times I’ve gone during the week around 8-9pm lights are off and store closed. It says online that you close at 10pm. Wasting gas and 20 minutes to town and 20 minutes back. Fix it.

Ordered two cheese bites inside and four dipped cone. Cones were made with haste and understandably it takes a bit to cook the cheese bites. Order came up as we were waiting at the counter and as the cashier was preparing to hand us our order, the drive through came and removed one to go to the window and then they told us we have to wait for the second one to cook.

They were OUT OF CHOCOLATE ice cream for a chocolate cookie bit blizzard.. Put some vanilla in a cup and mix in chocolate syrup... DUH!

If I could give 0 stars I would This place is trash me and my husband went for a little breakfast date and got our food and the hash browns was not done (still frozen) the eggs was cold they forgot to give us forks and our drinks so when my husband went back in they tried giving him a OPEN fork not to add they didn’t even cut up the bacon or sausage

It’s an ice cream store and the chocolate ice cream is always broken.
Drive through - asked if they had Nutter Butter Blizzards because we didn't see them on the menu. We were told yes and ordered a medium and a large with extra cookie pieces.. When they were presented to us they were milkshakes not blizzards. We told the server, who looked very dismayed, said absolutely nothing, and just took the shakes back. A few minutes later we were handed a medium and a large blizzard cup. BUT, there was not a single bit of cookie in either of them. They did have a Nutter Butter flavor, but we buy blizzards partially because of the chunks. It seemed as though they simply poured the milkshakes into blizzard cups. Extremely disappointed! Absolutely no "extra" cookies and since we didn't get a copy of our receipt, I have no idea if we were charged for them. Just a bad experience from start to finish.
