Summation of Deeds
I am from New England so I grew up with Dunkin. The Southern Dunkin is nothing like New England. Donuts here are barely filled with a tiny squirt. They are sometimes stale and almost always out of one kind or another. On a few occasions they were completely out of donuts! So I don't have high expectations for Southern Dunkies. That said, the staff here were great and knew their drinks. Donuts....eh. Still much better than Krispy Kream.

$3.75 for two regular donuts. I was ignored for 5 minutes. Their donuts have become awful. I don’t think anyone get up to make the donuts anymore. I doubt that we’ll ever go back.

Honestly the dunkin next to circle k gets my order right every time. This one doesnt and the coffee always taste funky in my opinion. Sometimes the workers are rude sometimes they’re nice. It’s an alright place

The donut selection is not what it used to be and if you can't get there early in the morning it's slim pickins. I was the only one in the store and it took a while before anyone bothered to wait on me.

It is hit or miss at this location. There are very rude staff who mess up your order and then get mad at you. Then there are nice managers who correct it. The inside is nice, but my order is wrong more often than not and my drink is never filled to the top which I’d say it should be for a $5 coffee. I’ve started going to the other location recently after giving this one more than enough chances.

Main street is slow even on mobile orders. Sat waiting for even a person to acknowledge me in the drive thru windows then had me pull to a parking space for an order I put in on the app 15 min previously. The sandwich was cold when they gave it to me. The circle k dunkin is preferred.

Was charged $1.00 more for coffee one morning. I questioned and was told ...we don't control prices. Next time and every time since has always been the cheaper price. I am not sure why I was charged over $4.00 for a medium hot coffee when it is always $3.05.

Drive thru customer service was great. She was very kind, and she wished me a blessed day. MD latte was half foam for $5. It didn't taste like a $5 beverage. I prefer GrinderHouse coffee.
