The filled doughnuts use to have enough filling, but now, the doughnuts don't have enough filling. Doughnuts are very dry to eat.

Was charged $1.00 more for coffee one morning. I questioned and was told ...we don't control prices. Next time and every time since has always been the cheaper price. I am not sure why I was charged over $4.00 for a medium hot coffee when it is always $3.05.

Drive thru customer service was great. She was very kind, and she wished me a blessed day. MD latte was half foam for $5. It didn't taste like a $5 beverage. I prefer GrinderHouse coffee.

I used to love coming here all the time but this was my last straw trying to give another chance. I’ve had cold drinks brung out to me twice when I ordered hot. I was very disappointed and frustrated due to going to work not receiving the coffee. (Was going to run late at this point waiting for the correction) The GM made it right by the end of the day but I will not be returning. Even mobile ordering my drinks tasted like they have sat out for a long time.
Coffee is half full and literally lukewarm. $6.51 for terrible drink

Misplaced my mobile order so I stood waiting for a bit and both my hashbrown orders were undercooked
I try to come here before work ( night shift ) at 330pm . Most the time I'm late for work and don't even get my coffee cause they are so slow

All I can say is that I’m so disappointed. I placed a mobile order at 1035am. Here it is 11am, they walk back and forth not as busy as it has been in the past on a Sunday. They put my order at the window. They didn’t say anything til my husband asked where the coffee was. It was half melted by the time they found it. I am a walk in, ordered 2 medium frozen coffees, and 2 classic donuts. And definitely don’t bother calling at least not on weekends. No one answers.
There is a reason why Bloom coffee has a line. Because they have better coffee and better service.
If you can find coffee and breakfast items else where do it. Not worth the wait time or the poor customer service when you can spend your money else where.

By far the worst dunkin I have ever been in. The service is just OK. The food is horrible. Everything is stale and the coffee is watered down. Will not be going back to this location. Very bad management.
