Blumont sucks and replaced a super friendly gm with some bimbo who doesn't know what she's doingPhenomenal donuts, coffee, tea, etc. Wonderful service, and a really really reaaaaalllyyy clean store, like I don't think I've seen a restaurant this clean in a minute.

Me and my wife ordered 1 peach drink, 1 hot chocolate, 1 cream filled donut, and a cinnamon crunch begal w cream cheese. The wife said the peach drink tasted like soap. Along with the cream filled donut, which after we paid for it, we had to ask for the donut. Hot chocolate was thick as syrup. The only thing good was the cinnamon raisin begal w cream cheese. Wait, not a cinnamon crunch begal. Service was lousy. We went through the deive through, and instantly, the lady asked us our order, which was a great fast service, but from there, she was pushing us to order. She was rushing us to order. Then I went around, and the guy at the window was not watching his job. We had to ask for the donut we paid for. Idiots want more money, but they can't even do the job they do now. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR JOB, DO BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF NOT DON'T COME INTO WORK!

Ordered a coffee with milk instead of cream due to allergies of someone in my group. Cream was put in instead. When asked to put milk in it, the coffee was remade in the same cup. It's nice to see they don't take dietary restrictions seriously.

Both crossville, tn locations do not give you napkins thru drive thru and dine in!!!! It's like pulling teeth for a service that has to be provided.

The employees at Dunkin' Donuts were very polite. Nice and had great customer service didn't have to wait very long. The drinks from dunkin' donuts are excellent. The donuts were delicious would app would absolutely recommend and go again.

Window guy took forever talking to a friend in car in front of me so I waited 20 mins to get my donuts I already paid for an only got 2 types of donuts cuz that's all they had an I went at decent times. I love powdered donuts n they don't get them till the weekend

Don’t waste your time or money here. Always get orders wrong leave items off and service is not existent. If you go into order in person they’ll leave you hanging and waiting for what seems like an eternity go somewhere else stop.

Waited for almost 10 minutes to order . We were the first car in the drive thru . Got home only to find out that they didn't put coffee in my wife's latte' . Nothing but milk . I wouldn't waste you time or money at this place.
