Very clean and staff was friendly order took a little longer then expected, but I believe there were some newer workers. Over i would stop again, we ordered dunkalatte which was not made the same as we have had from others. I wish dunkin would follow a more regimentent process so you could actually get the same drink each time.

Had an absolutely hideous experience. We had several drinks orders that we always get at Dunkin at several locations across the country as we travel often. We always get these orders with no ice as they are refreshers and we actually like to experience the flavors instead of them watered down with a cup of ice or more. We were informed after placing the order that this was impossible and against company policy. After telling the staff we get them at every other location we've ever been too with no ice they still informed us it was against company policy. We went to the oak ridge location and they said this was not a policy they were aware of we called multiple other locations as well and they had never heard of this policy either. Regardless if it's policy or not it's ridiculous that a customer can ask for no ice and be refused that service. If this is the policy then I will take my families business elsewhere.

i stopped at dunkin for a change instead of mc donalda. i got a breakfast sandwich and a soda. the bacon, egg and cheese bagel was very sad. i heard the bacon crying about being limp and not crispy. the egg were screaming for some flavor! anything! salt, pepper, something, but no, the eggs had to be eaten flavorless. won't be getting breakfast here again.

the people working at 8pm on February 10th 2025 were very rude. especially the girl. asked if they had original bean coffee she said “should be on the other side” and i said i couldn’t find it she said “guess we don’t have any then” as well as the 5 pack of stale doughnuts i got.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, I love dunkin donuts but every time I go to this location, they are out of every donut I ask for. I won't go back there.
I arrived at this Dunkin Donuts to grab coffee before work yesterday around 7am, and was greeted with attitude from Assley. I've been to numerous locations all over the U.S. and have never experienced such unprofessionalism and unpleasantry! I'll never return and would hope that employee Ashley is trained up more in customer service or replaced with an employee that is more polished in customer service.

Man what an elusive but so enjoyable experience for me to have in my life I love it when they are so much more than the other way around
I pray for them that they can spread their love and joy to the whole world it would be instant world peace mixed with forest gump running just to run.
For those out there who are missing some thing in your life you go go now to a flunking dunking donuts n get your eyes on n that dunk and you will finally have your dreams fulfilled.
