This place is either never open during posted hours, closed early, or even if you go there early in the morning they have no donuts. Its absolutely insane for a donut shop. I have gone here 6 times now because everyone tells me how great it is and I've gotten donuts ONE time. I give up on even trying to go here anymore because it's a 45 minute wasted roundtrip drive to find the place randomly closed 5 out of 6 times or not have any product during business hours.
The one time I did get donuts they were OK, but they are on the same level as any other non-chain donut shop, not like amazing, it's just there are no other options in town.

Would love to give 5 stars, because honestly the donuts are incredible. Unfortunately though, this was my second visit and I had a different worker than last time but the experience was the same. No smile, almost no soul it seemed at all. Both times, it honestly made me feel bad for inconveniencing them by walking in the door...

Best donuts in Crossville! The atmosphere is plain and basic but the dinghy’s are delicious! Made fresh everyday and most days they sell out and close early. When I go around noon-I’m all out of luck because they are closed-every time. The original glazed are perfect and the cinnamon twists are my favorite. My husband is gaga for their apple fritters and considers himself an apple fritter connoisseur LOL. Everyone who is anyone, brings donuts from Emily’s, to any occasion here is little old Crossville. The pigs in a blanket are also very well liked!

Seating is very limited. We were there at about 11 and the choices were limited. However, the donuts were incredible! We will come back again when we can get there earlier when there is more selection.

They do an amazing job.I think they make the best donuts I've ever had.They are made FRESH Daily. The gentleman remembers I don't do cheese on my breakfast crosont, that is totally delicious by the way.

Little disappointed because of high expectations, the glazed donuts were ok, never had Kolaches for first because of all the rave not fan,but I am from Blount County and Richy Kreme donuts are much better. And the lady behind the counter acted as if we were an inconvenience to her.
