I used to love their coffee and went to their drive thru all the time. One of the young girls working the drive thru was super rude every time I went to the extent of rolling her eyes at me because I asked for a “coffee Frappuccino” and apparently that’s incorrect. I tried to go a few more times and be friendly even tipping her and she just kept on. So I haven’t been back since. I used to go at least twice a week! I’m so glad we have other options now.

I used to love coming here and have been coming for several years. The service has really nose-dived within the last year, though. One time my to-go order was given to someone else and a second time they completely forgot to make my food. When I asked about it, I was just given a refund, without even an apology or offer to make it real fast.Today I ordered a bagel and after twenty minutes it finally came - 22 minutes to toast a bagel?? Something is definitely wrong. Not to mention that a simple smile and a hello from the cashier would go a long way.Every time I come I leave disappointed. I like the food and coffee, but I’m ready to give up.

This is a great coffeehouse in Crossville, TN. The coffee and food I had were delicious, I had a coconut and caramel latte and a breakfast panini. The service I received was good, and they are super friendly people. I will visit again!

When my wife and I were considering a move to the Crossville area a little over a year ago, we stumbled on the Grinder House for breakfast. Quite frankly, the atmosphere, hospitality, waitstaff, owners and food were one of the many things we found attractive in the area.Since then, we have become regulars at the Grinder House. The food is always top-notch, the waitstaff are incredibly personable and engaging, and Asa and Angela go above and beyond in making each visit exceptional. The thing we love about Grinder House is the weekly concerts by some of the best musicians in the area. We love the entertainment and the dinners, especially the "surprise" specials designed bye Asa and company.Kudos for making the Grinder House a little slice of heaven.

Absolutely the worst breakfast I’ve had in here. Don’t know when you changed your waffles but these lil waffles where so ful of sugar I couldn’t eat them. Our eggs were cold and hard from sitting so long. Took almost 20 mins for farmer breakfast and a waffle. Won’t b back.

This place has it going on. Fantastic coffee with tons of options. Super friendly staff. Good coffee house atmosphere with events at times. It looks like downtown Crossville's kitchen table.Had breakfast. It was fine. Took a good bit to arrive, but the place was busy. Biscuits were dry and kinda flat. Sausage patties were overcooked. Eggs were eggs. Sausage gravy was pretty good. That said, the flat bread breakfast is supposed to be very good. And they do have several pastries and such. I'm not familiar enough with the area to say where the bomb breakfast is. This will work, but I would probably stay in the coffee house lane when I return. Good coffee, a hand pie, and a chat at one of the dozen or so tables. (I will probably also try the flatbread to know)Parking: Parking on street and down side street along side of building.

The cappuccino was very good. The Monte Cristo was perfect & largely portioned (shared). The Lemon-Blueberry Cake was a perfect dessert.

Had a great time watching a live band. The flatbread was good. The chocolate tort was the bomb. Hubby liked his coffee, that he drinks black. They ran out of the wine I was drinking. Bummer. Restroom was not that clean.
