$8.55 for this. Ultimate omelet biscuit meal. The hash brown bag was bigger than the biscuit. Absolutely insulting! It actually got worse. They replied with a link for more info and I got busy so tried to use the link today and it appears to be gone. As is the reply.

We tried to go the Hardees on Peavine Rd in our way to Nashville but it was closed for renovation. My husband wanted a smoked sausage biscuit so we drove 5 miles out of our way to this location. Major mistake. They had banners in the window advertising the smoked sausage biscuit and it was on the menu inside, but we were told they were out of it. They also had no knives and forks and no ketchup because it was Monday. The sausage and gravy, sausage patty, egg and hash rounds had no taste. How do you eat this with a spoon? Everyone in there was at least 80. I have to believe they know better and could cook breakfast infinitely better than the dogfood served here. When we walked up to the counter to order, all the employees had their back to us and there was no sense of urgency to turn around. Whoever manages or owns this location needs to be fired now and his all needs to be reported to their corporate office. If they even care…Sorry Hardee’s you have gotten the last of my money. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Daniel Parsons, manager of the Crossville Hardee's is an excellent person. Great personality. I was complimenting him on such good service. Long storey short I told him to keep up the good work and he could make manager, and he did. He needs help so bad as I go to get breakfast he is so often working alone. Doing it all. He never complaines. Always has great attitude. Please get more involved and help him to keep from leaving. He can help your business so much. He already has, you can see the traffic picking up.

Bacon and egg and cheese biscuit has a half piece of bacon broken in half , mail coupons out but was told at store that they was being got onto for people using them . I have quit going there several times , lol I guess I'm done trying 100 % for sure this time . Just absolutely a shame you can't get a fair portion and friendly service here.

The food is usually good but here lately the past couple times I've went there the biscuits tasted like they were old. They were hard. The cinnamon rolls are amazing though!!

Order two double cheeseburgers in a small order of fries the double cheeseburgers came out ice cold and dry. The fries refreshed though give them that much but other than that I don't think I will ever be back very poor quality
