Where do we start. Front counter including the shift manager doesn't kno how to work the register. People waiting over 15 min for food for no reason. 1 cook slow as Xmas felt lioe he was in granny low gear. Other cook seemed to be fast but nonoje let him do anything. Even the drive through was slow a crap. All the tickets hanging up but no one willing to bag anything. So what's up where is the freaking manager. Do better or close your doors!!!

I sometimes go to this restaurant in the morning for breakfast I order the chicken biscuit the chicken biscuit is so tender so juicy so delicious a highly recommend this Hardee's chicken biscuit for breakfast .

Decades ago, I used to work at Hardee’s as a backline cook. (Not this one). One of my favorite breakfast items has always been the steak biscuit.
While visiting family in the area, I swung through this location and ordered two steak biscuits. It was painfully obvious they’d been under a heat lamp for far, far, far too long—easily over an hour. They were barely edible, and I wasn’t that desperate, so the dogs got them.
This is an easy fix: better training/management and enforcing quality control.

We travel to Crossville from Nashville several times a month. A few weeks ago I stopped at this location for lunch for myself and my pups. The young lady at the drive thru was very nice. She gave my guys a pup cup that they absolutely loved! I had ordered a Frisco burger for me and some tenders for the guys. The burger was deliciously amazing!!
Because of the great service and food, we stopped at the drive thru the following week. I had a coupon for the burger and got the guys a kids meal tenders. Once again the food was delicious!
We had such wonderful past experiences that Saturday morning we drove 30 minutes to pick up breakfast from this location. It is great that Hardee’s is consistent with their food preparation and training their staff.

Went to the one in Crossville by Kroger on Saturday for lunch the manager took my order he only gave me a sandwich had to ask him if l could get fries and a drink he didn't apologize for not giving me all of my order will not be going back
