Ordered chicken tenders on Saturday about 3:15. Was told to pull up and park in the box as they had to make some. Waiting a good 10 minutes, I decided to go back and pull up to the window. The girl told me that I wasn't allowed to wait there even though there wasn't ANYONE ELSE IN LINE. She said that I had to be in the box. She was very rude and wouldn't tell me her name or that of her manager or DM. People such as herself shouldn't work in public. They should stick her in the back where she can't be seen or heard.

beware wrong food given - tried to exchange for correct order.. manage darla refused without a receipt?? which I find out is SOP for there.. she was belligerent and this also seems to be SOP for this store. other hardees have been great

PROBLEM hardees # 1501824 crossville TNthis morning about 0615walked in and ordered two steak biscuits to go. had to be at doctors phlebotomist shortly.. got in the car and found out we got sausage and egg ( I DO NOT like your sausage - sorry )was back 20 minutes later to ask for proper order with wrong order in hand - this is where the problems started. Darla supposed manager demanded the recipe which WAS NOT given. refused very snarkily to admit they messed up the order. I had to BUY the steak biscuits ( wife is diabetic and needed food ) then MORE PROBLEM - I had to argue to get a recipe - it appears by asking other customers that getting a receipt is not a happening thing... perhaps by design?? to avoid correcting a mistake??a small grump is NO napkins on that order..further as order was $5.49 I gave her $11 to not get a bunch of ones... she argues that also trying to give the $1 back... it was almost a fight for her to be bothered to take $11 to get a $5 and change - it's not like she had to figure it out as the cash register does that..this supposed manage is horridthus I now have to sausage biscuits I do not want and have spent about $11 for 2 biscuits !!!social media will be getting an earful. mistake happen - attitude is not a was to treat a customer. so when in town here mcdonald's or wendy's will get our business. on the road hardees is our preferred go to

I’ve never witnessed such terrible execution of a drive-thru in my life. Do not come here you will be in line 20 minutes then when they get your payment they tell you to pull up and wait it will be another 15 minutes and then you still end up with someone else’s

They didn't listen to my friend and put a milk product next to her burger and she's allergic to Milk. She specifically told him to put them in separate bags but they put them in the same bags. She couldn't eat any of her food because they mixed our foods.
