Customer service was really good and they were super nice. Food is what's to be expected at their price point. I was surprised to have my burger and tots brought to me within two minutes after ordering especially when everyone else mentions that the food is cooked to order. Although the burger was hot, the texture of the burger was a bit weird for me. I couldn't tell if it was the meat or the pickles. Taste was decent but could use a little seasoning. I was disappointed...
