If you have to eat to live, this will work. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here otherwise. Chicken lacked the flavor that is the KFC draw. Staff WAS incredible however. Restaurant was clean.

This has to be the absolute worst KFC to get family meals at. I came through there drive-through and placed my order at 6:20pm, was told there would be a 20 min wait on chicken(perfectly fine with). I didn’t get my order until after 7:00pm. Yet there was constant activity coming through the drive-though. This was absolutely ridiculous. Next time I’ll be sitting at the window and will not move until I get my order.

Ordered the chicken an tender family meal with sauces never got sauces an also good a combo for my child who also never got sauces nor a straw. Called an manager was very rude why bc I was mad an maybe a little rude but we pay for the sauces an it 10mi back to town an you wanna say sorry but it happens really. Kids didn't eat an the food was barely warm.

The blonde woman at the front counter is WAY too much to be speaking to customers! Everytime you even ask a question she’s way too loud and overzealous like you’re trying to get one over on her. DEFINITELY the type that would follow you around a store to try to catch you stealing! PLEASE keep her away from customers or I WILL NOT be back! Thank you!

Find any other place to eat we the speed of this store is stupid slow We waited on average 10 min. Per car.Then from time we ordered our food till we got it was 20 minutes. Ppl working to buzy on phones to work

Hey, KFC is a staple in any Crossville household but a simple drive-thru visit left me scratching my head yesterday. From the time I place my order at the drive-thru till I actually have my food in hand was 23 minutes! The food was excellent but I don't know what has happened with the drive-thru and how slow it has became lately. I love KFC and will put up with the long wait times when I'm not in a hurry but, until they figure out what's going on at their drive-thru, plan on spending a few minutes waiting on the staff to slowly box your food up and slowly hand it out to you.
