The cashier, Paige, while waiting for us to order stuck her finger in her mouth as if she was scraping food out of her teeth, and then handed us our cups with the same hand. While trying to wipe my cup off I accidentally broke it so i went back to the counter to ask for a new one. I waited there for about 3 minutes as the workers walked by and nobody acknowledged me. Paige was behind the counter to the left walking around eating and i had to get her attention to ask for a new cup. The store cleanliness was okay, the speed that they got our food out was quick. But the refusal to acknowledge a customer that is clearly needing something and just blatantly sticking your finger in your mouth while standing right in front of a customer is very strange, you are working in the food industry, that is disgusting.

Only rating it low because most of the booth seas were covered in dirt (like someone walked on them in muddy shoes or something) and tables also dirty. It was 3pm and dead inside so they had plenty of freedom to clean.

Chicken was dripping grease, biscuits half done had to rebake, cole slaw now has hard chunks of the cabbage heart. Won't go back !
