Hours have not been updated on Google and the telephone number listed on Google doesn't work

I really reallly really like this place but as of late they have not been open. I went there last Saturday and they were closed with a note on the door saying “closed because of illness. Hope to see you tomorrow” I come back the next day seeing the same note there and the doors closed. Don’t say “hope to see you tomorrow” if no one in the store will be there tomorrow! Then of course they are closed on Monday and Tuesday but today, Wednesday I walked into the mall and strolled to the Klix entrance. I saw no notes or anything just the Klix establishment with lights off and doors locked. The amount of times I came here in a week hoping for them to be open should show you that I am a dedicated customer. It upsets me that they are not open and it upsets me that I don’t even know why. There is only one good ice cream place in Crossville, and that is Klix. I am deeply upset about how many times I’ve shown up at their doors for them to be shut. I will now walk into the mall with no excitement or hope. I will have no expectation of Klix being open even when they should be because of my experiences.

Guessing there are new hours ?. Stopped by on Saturday around 4:30pm and the place was closed. Google has it listed as open. Sad day for us.

People were nice. Games were cool old school arcade games. And the rolled ice cream and Stromboli was awesome! Wish drinks had refills. But other than that it was a perfect little spot!

I like the place and it is always fun, but they closed all winter and were supposed to open April 1st but are now not going to until May 1st. I will have to settle for something else and my kids will be disappointed... again.

3 stars because they have good ice cream and excellent fried Oreos!!HOWEVER sticking to store hours is less to be desired?true staff will call in sick or dont show up like any OTHER place in town.but NOT good for business when technically should be open but isnt.its disappointing since they were closed right before end of last Christmas.we love going here..updating openings/closings on Google would be great.even if its a temp thing..or just for the day..saves a wasted trip.

Wonderful atmosphere, absolutely amazing employees, and delicious ice cream! Also have to say I’m not a pizza person but their pizza is to die for. They also have some pretty crazy ice cream ideas, check them out they’re definitely worth it!
This place is amazing! It’s an old but well-kept outlet mall. That outlet mall is so old, I thought a zombie apocalypse might happen at any second and I would not have been surprised. But it was very clean. #OnlyCleanZombiesAllowed I have heard of rolled ice cream but I had never had it. When my husband saw it listed as places nearby, I said we have to go there. They have original video games lining the walls and every game is just a quarter. That was pretty awesome and very nostalgic. Then you walk up to the counter and there’s this menu board, and it took us like five minutes to pick out what we wanted. But the two guys that worked there were absolutely amazing. They were so patient, they said it will take you longer to pick out your flavor then it will take us to make it. The ice cream has never been frozen so it’s just ready to be frozen. They pour it onto this frozen surface and it starts to freeze as they work your toppings into it. It was really fascinating. Once it’s all done, they roll it all up and put it in a bowl. It was delicious, it was so fresh, we will definitely be back. Their ingredients are all locally sourced. He said they could tell you the cow that the milk came from, it came from a dairy down the road. Where the cows ? don’t have tags in their ears. ?The whipped cream is made fresh daily and it was delicious. This was a really neat experience and we will definitely be back.

Not bad, but not my favorite. Hot fudge, they will melt chocolate that will break your teeth after it is poured over the ice cream. They don't know what hot fudge is. Haha I'm pretty ticked off that I paid that much and waited that long, while they told me they had hot fudge (obviously not) and the ice cream was supposed to be dark chocolate, but was not. It was lighter than Mayfield's regular chocolate. The kids liked the arcade! We will go back eventually, but nothing to rave about.

Absolutely fantastic!! Juniper was so friendly and even talked my kiddos through the process of the rolled ice cream - so thoughtful!! We ordered one ice cream and quite a few funnel cakes! This was possibly the next ice cream ice ever had and the funnel cakes were hot and fresh!! Look forward to future visits!!
