Kudos to Kroger’s Crossville TN Bakery. We ordered a chocolate and vanilla half a sheet cake for my husband’s birthday. The cake decoration was beautiful. The cake was moist and delicious with the frosting light and not very sweet. Our friends complimented the cake and will order their next special occasion cake from Kroger’s Crossville TN Bakery. Thank you for making my husband’s birthday sweet.

The meats. To get two entire steaks I have to buy 2 whole packs because the bottom one will always be a junk piece of meat, not even the same kind, about 1/3 the size of the steak that you see. I have complained, but it’s still happening!!! That should be illegal. I don’t want your junk meat. I want two steaks. I can’t tell you how many times this has occurred. And recently I got a piece that had a wide black streak all the way across. I have no idea what it is.

We ordered a cake for my sons 7th birthday last week. When I went to go pick it up at 12pm like we were told. I was told that it wasn't ready and the cake decorator wouldn't be in until 12:30.), and my pickup time was actually 1pm. Not believing they could get my order done in time or if the cake was even thawed I had to cancel my order with less than 2 hours before my sons party. I was able to purchase a pre made cake at Food City and the same cake kit at Walmart. I will never trust Kroger with any of my future cake orders.

We had to move unexpectedly last week, and we were in a rush to find boxes we could use for packing. We stopped at Kroger's and asked if they had any and boy, did they! There is a young lady that works in Produce named Stephanie and she was such an amazing help to us, going above and beyond! She not only brought us loads of boxes, but helped us to the car with them...THEN she took my number and said she'd gather some even better boxes and would give me a call to see if we needed them; she did, and we did!! We returned to some beautiful boxes all nicely flattened for us to take! Her kindness and willingness to go so out of her way to help us made a very stressful day so much better, and easier. Thank you Stephanie at the Crossville Kroger!!! ???

For being the busiest grocery store in town the place does absolutely nothing to entice or attract better yet take care of their customers. When you walk in the door you see how disgusting the place really is stains on the ceilings the carpet looks like it’s been walked on for 40 years the walls are dirty and that’s just at the entrance

did a click pick today and received the wrong order and called the store and the manager was going to repack it go to the store wait an hour and half still no order was told to come back in the morning.. no I have to cancel my mother's day brunch because of this.. I will encourage all my friends and family to not use Kroger's

Dear employee of Crossville Krogers that was rude to my husband while he was parked in the very empty click list parking area: you probably just cost Kroger's multiple Click List orders. We would have been frequently using the click list services. I was in the store about 5 minutes and you lost zero dollars by him being parked there-yet you had to come be rude to him. So take your click list service and shove it!!!!

Had a guy steal $40 from me at the Crossville Kroger 3 weeks ago. I got in touch with the manager who looked at the security footage and confirmed the man behind me did in fact steal my money but they were not allowed to give me a picture of him from the video footage to pass on to news stations for identity. Called the cops, made a report, they looked at the footage and they refused me a pic as well. Told me I had to subpoena it. Ha because when I called for info on how to do that, I was given info that basically stated I needed a lawyer. Wow how the system PROTECTS the criminals. Oh but if the guy had stolen from Kroger directly, oh you know they would have his picture posted everywhere. I am very disappointed in Kroger!

The Kroger in Crossville, TN has a wonderful produce section, meat department and bakery. Items are always fresh and displayed well. The other sections of the store are well supplied with a good assortment. Checkers are friendly and efficient, and I have never had to complain about how my items are bagged. If I request certain items to be bagged together, the baggers comply with a friendly smile. I really appreciate the store coupons and the gas points! I have been shopping at this Kroger since we moved to Fairfield Glade 16 months ago.
