Shopped at many Kroger stores over the years. This one.... seems to need a little reorganizing. For the life of me, I can't understand why this store feels the need to put "healthier options" in a totally separate part of the store. Looked for my favorite Simple Truth cereal on... yes, the cereal isle. Not there. Looked for my coconut milk in... yes, the dairy section. Again, not there. I had assumed the store simply didn't carry those (and other) items I was looking for, and had decided to shop closer to home. Low and behold, one day I found them... in a completely separate section of the store! Why do this? You're bound to be losing sales. Put it all TOGETHER, like every other Kroger store I've shopped!

Employees very unfriendly. All have chips on their shoulders. Wish we had more shopping options and did not have to deal with these backwards people.

We ordered a cake for my sons 7th birthday last week. When I went to go pick it up at 12pm like we were told. I was told that it wasn't ready and the cake decorator wouldn't be in until 12:30.), and my pickup time was actually 1pm. Not believing they could get my order done in time or if the cake was even thawed I had to cancel my order with less than 2 hours before my sons party. I was able to purchase a pre made cake at Food City and the same cake kit at Walmart. I will never trust Kroger with any of my future cake orders.

Amazing how all Kroger stores I've been to have declined in quality and service over the past few years while increasing costs. This location is one of the worst with horrible parking, narrow shopping aisles, very limited meats and produce, uninspired bakery and not enough checkout lines....ever! I have to check every item I purchase here since many times they are out of date. Some of the produce is downright nasty and is obvious, while some is nasty and you don't find out until you're home (like oranges, watermelon, etc) It's obvious that the employees think their employer is on the wrong track and complain about policies and training. I'm done shopping here. Too bad there is only one Publix in the general area (Cookeville), but I'm now more than willing to drive there for my groceries. I'd even resort to Food Lion and Walmart from now on if I have to.

Terrible customer service especially the rx. They are rude and can't do math correctly and that is worrisome for someone dealing with medications.

We had to move unexpectedly last week, and we were in a rush to find boxes we could use for packing. We stopped at Kroger's and asked if they had any and boy, did they! There is a young lady that works in Produce named Stephanie and she was such an amazing help to us, going above and beyond! She not only brought us loads of boxes, but helped us to the car with them...THEN she took my number and said she'd gather some even better boxes and would give me a call to see if we needed them; she did, and we did!! We returned to some beautiful boxes all nicely flattened for us to take! Her kindness and willingness to go so out of her way to help us made a very stressful day so much better, and easier. Thank you Stephanie at the Crossville Kroger!!! ???

Terrible customer relations. They have instituted their own rules on coupon use that is ridiculous. One cashier whom I will not name insists on physically examining each coupon and matching them to items bought. If their scanners are set up correctly, this is totally unnecessary as the scanner will reject non valid coupons. I had 2 separate, different coupons for the same product, so I bought 2 of those products. She would not scan both coupons saying I could only use one. When I asked for a manager, he told me the same thing. How ridiculous?! So I could use one on one product, leave and come back and use the other on the second one? Really?! The same cashier would not scan a coupon for produce because the produce was marked down for quick sale. She treats customers like crooks. Do they have ant idea what this does to customer relationships. We have shopped Kroger for over 50 years, at various locations, and have never such poor service. Additionally we have to go over our receipt line by line, because we find so many pricing errors where discounts were not applied.

Worst Kroger ever, they suck and are always out of stock.. Good luck wasting your money there..Piss poor management and always blaming corporate for their problems.. Waste of your time go, to Food Lion even if they suck too..

For being the busiest grocery store in town the place does absolutely nothing to entice or attract better yet take care of their customers. When you walk in the door you see how disgusting the place really is stains on the ceilings the carpet looks like it’s been walked on for 40 years the walls are dirty and that’s just at the entrance

They now have a mask policy but no one enforces it!! So why put it in place? The manager on duty Josh Lane said it can't be enforced. My question is why can't it? Excuse me, before entering you must have a mask. Wrong choice Kroger!!

this kroger pharmacy is the worst pharmacy i've been to. i spoke to a woman named nancy who was extremely rude. she kept harassing me in front of the other staff because of an issue on her part. the pharmacy was not answering their phones when i had to have a prescription called in. she insisted i was wrong, when i called myself and experienced the same delay. if you can go to a walgreens or cvs or independent pharmacy i would recommend doing that rather than doing your business through kroger. the pharmacy should understand they're dealing with people in pain and the attitude shouldn't be present. thanks nancy for being rude and loud so everyone could hear my business :)
