I went there yesterday tried to get food, after waiting for a good minute for someone to come to the speaker (almost left then) they couldn’t due tap pay, unfortunate but whatever. I decided to try and order the food and have it delivered, they said it would take over an HOUR. For 1 combo meal, I ended up canceling because by then my food would be cold and nasty. Never have I had an order from anywhere take over an hour. Especially when I’m 5 minutes exactly from Krystal’s. Yall need to update your system and provide better service. It’s crazy how I had to wait in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes without anyone saying anything and no cars in front of me and no one in the parking lot. I used to LOVE Krystal’s as a kid but I guess those days are over.

I have no idea how this place stays in business. Three cars in the drive thru takes 12 minutes. The food is extremely overpriced frozen White Castle tasted better than this never again

First time..chix sandwiches were ok. My frys were not warm at all. Was very clean and friendly.

I was charged 32.52 for a sackful or 12 Krystal’s, 2 regular Krystal’s and 3 chili cheese pups WOww….. I don’t think they know how to add correctly

Absolutely the most disgusting, horrible excuse for a burger I've ever eaten. The french fries were ok, but the best part of my meal was the soda.
