Make sure you have all day! On a couple of occasions getting take out orders and even eating at the restaurant. The service is always very slow. We waited over an hour to get a single pizza and two drinks, one time. Customer service????

Had a dinner party there and it wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't say it was 5-star. My guess is that they were short staffed, since the wait staff never checked to see if drink refills were needed. Buffet food tasted good, but wasn't very hot, just quite warm, which concerned me about food-borne illness (I was fine).I think that if they were fully staffed, it would have been a better experience.

Had the spaghetti. They used the meat sauce they used for the lasgnasa as the spaghetti sauce. I'm pretty sure it was not fresh. The first few bites, I knew something wasn't right and had to tell them to take it back. The French fries were also not fresh and where the same French fries we get from Walmart. Not 2 hours after we ate their, I just threw up everything. Do not get what I ate. For a $11.00 spaghetti, I expected fresh. That's not what we got.
