Little Caesars Pizza

We love their pizza but last week they failed to give my husband $ 5.00 in change that he was owed. Suppose to be $13.00 in change and he got $8.00

once again. I call and order in, they tell me 10 to 15 minutes and its 28 minutes before my order is ready. This happens EVERY time. why do they bother telling people 10 or 15 minutes?!?!?!??!

Visiting fam and we wanted cheap and easy tonight. Ive had little ceasers plenty. We ordered wings. Breadsticks. And pizza. Everything wss exceptional, i know they are a chain and the food is what should be equivalent to fast food, but all 9 of us are satisfied. You could tell it wss made with care. Was all hot. And the garlic parm wings.... omg.

I dont get this kind of quality from a chain back home. Kudos

I don't know how you manage to screw up three things on the same order. But Crossville's Little Caesars managed to do that. I would highly recommend Papa John's. I would also suggest that if you do order from this store, you should expect that something is going to be wrong with your order.

I ordered a half veggie add banana peppers and half ham and pineapple..... drove 40 min back home to find a old pepperoni pizza with my toppings thrown on top. The toppings weren't even cooked all the way! Probably cuz they threw them on top and ran it half way through the oven. Which doesn't surprise me considering the conversations I was over hearing from the kitchen. A lady stuck her hands in someone's food and the other lady let her know she needed to throw it out and the lady said other ppl would send it out. Along with other stuff regarding food safety. Be careful when u order there!

This is our favorite fast food pizza. Good prices and tastes great!

Wife went in and placed an order. 20 minutes later she inquires about the order come to find out they lost it and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make it.

There are always too slow there's only a few people there that makes you feel good the rest on aggravated being there Causing you to wait all the time and get orders mixed up

Ordered 3 pizzas for a meeting an hour and a half before the stated pick up time. When I arived They had lost my Ordered. Thank God I had built in an extra 30 min into my schedule just for such a instance. I had them remake the pizzas. They make good pizza but don't trust them to have it ready on time.

Love the that they have those heat oven things where you can put your code in and grab your pizza. So unique, never seen those before. Staff is great especially little miss Hall, she’s always sweet and ready to help..

The food was prepared perfectly and served hot. The service was great. We chose not to wait for the food. We went to another store and came back to pick up. The store was clean, the servers were constantly busy, and orders were done timely.

I've ordered from this place a few times and they had been good so far but today I ordered thru the app anbuildnyour own pizza and I requested stuffed crust, pepperoni, olives, onions , bacon and bell peppers, I picked up the order and drove to the park only to open it and find out they had given me what I asked on only half the pizza and the other half was just cheese,,so check your pizza before leaving the establishment to make sure you get the right order..my clients I ordered it for were disappointed.
