The food was prepared perfectly and served hot. The service was great. We chose not to wait for the food. We went to another store and came back to pick up. The store was clean, the servers were constantly busy, and orders were done timely.

I've ordered from this place a few times and they had been good so far but today I ordered thru the app anbuildnyour own pizza and I requested stuffed crust, pepperoni, olives, onions , bacon and bell peppers, I picked up the order and drove to the park only to open it and find out they had given me what I asked on only half the pizza and the other half was just cheese,,so check your pizza before leaving the establishment to make sure you get the right order..my clients I ordered it for were disappointed.

Workers inexperienced they took my payment then informed me the 25 minute wait for a simple order that should be hot & ready wasn’t either of those things false advertising & now having to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund

These people screwed up my order. I called to get a refund of the missing/wrong pizza. They gave me the option of coming in within 7 days... I won't be around for 7 days so that option does not work.
Wrong pizza, horrible service, pizza was not cut, extra most best was just normal.
Horrible horrible experience. Manager does not know what she is doing.

There always seem to be different people working here and the quality of the pizza changes daily. I ordered from the app a lot and have noticed prices continue to rise. Over the course of 6 months the cost of a simple plain or pepperoni has gone from $7 to over $9 now. It's honestly disturbing how quickly prices rise and that they keep rising. If this doesn't stop I will stop ordering here.

I do understand when busy! But to ignore any customers is not good. I myself would go or order on line anywhere else. Papa John's, Pizza Hut dominos. They will acknowledge customers!

We have made a tradition of getting pizza here every Saturday night for our family. We call it in and go pick it up. we have been doing this for months now. So far everything has been great!

I had my twins a birthday party this past Saturday March 8th, 2025 and they party was supposed to start at 4, I called in 2 cheese 3 pepperoni pizzas at 5 mins before 2 and told them I was doing a call in I was wanting to pick it up around 3:15 wanted it fresh the boy said okay it’ll be done at 3:15. I get there at 3:20 go in wait in line finally pay for it for them to tell me that it’s not done and then said the boy wrote the pick up for 5:30 like what in the world, by this time it was 3:40 after waiting in line and paying they said we will make it now it’ll be 15 mins. I was so mad I told them I ordered before 2 and the boy told me the time back and I done paid. They did not seem to care they was at fault and a gentleman in line told me to give him the address he will bring it to me, and he drove it all the way to the bounce house in Crossville and I felt awful because of the crappy service from little Caesar’s that he had to bring it to me but he blessed my twins by doing so because I had nothing decorated and I was late to get there and do it it was stressful I also wanted to bless him and gave home money for being a blessing so the pizza cost my $50 and stress for myself and my children that was with me.
Awful awful service and customer communication!
