Was promised a credit by a manager because twice my pizza order was messed up and we had to leave because our ice cream was beginning to melt. Sec manager denied this credit because it's been past 7 days, and they don't honor past 7 days? The local Domino's is owned by a local. He wouldn't do this ever. I will be taking my business to Domino's in Crossville...

This place continually advertises prices on their menu board that are cheaper than what you actually pay! I have pic of menu board and reciept to prove it. This happend twice now! The first time the owner knew about it and couldn't even get off his butt to address the situation. They apparently want to decieve/steal from their customers. Called corporate 3TIMES and have yet to receive any call back when they promised I would. Customers check your receipts they're more than likely stealing from you!

Wish I could put negative on the service. I usually go and get a cheese pizza before I go into work night shift. The pizza that I had been getting lately either is not done all the way or is cold and hard. This last time I went in the guy at the register refused to make a pizza because they were closing in 20mins and said they did not have anything out to make a pizza. He absolutely was rude to me over it. I asked if the policy had changed or something, I had never had a problem getting a pizza at that time. He said if nothing is up then they could not make anything. He said well we have wings cooked. They were sitting for a few hours I said no thank you, I would like a cheese pizza. He said I was out of luck and to have a good night rushing me out the door. I asked for the corporate number and his name and he refused to give me both and kept telling me bye bye now have a good day. He was an older white man that is over wait.

Don't go in to get anything past 7 ordered a hot and ready was told to wait 10 mins. so i went and sat in the car and came back in after 15 mins later and had to wait to get my already paid for pizza. Pizza was sitting on counter wrong name wasn't even right one.

Just say NO, hot n ready always taste like cardboard, tonight we ordered online at 445 said pick up 513pm. Wasn't ready till just after 540, the thin crust cheese pizza was NASTY, and my other pizza had ZERO Sauce! And the other.... they dumped a whole bag of pepperoni on my pizza ? sooooo much pepperoni I have to take most of all of it off, just to get to the pizza ??. I'll save them and put it on the cheese pizza, maybe it will taste better lol.
