Food is awesome, service sucks, every delivery I had in last 3 months had something wrong, and they didn't care to try to fix it. Also, can't even order delivery right now, they are not answering the phone.

Ordered online. Website would not accept the HHMAG code for the discount on the Pepperoni Magnifico. Waiting on 2 pizzas. First ready and on the hot bar. Magnifico which I went ahead and ordered even though no coupon accepted, was supposed to be ready at 530. 600 pm still no pizza and several people complaining about discount code not working and lost pizza orders. Dude cutting pizzas with the Pabst blue ribbon hat, kept lifting it up and scratching his hair and head—no gloves. She refunded an elderly gentlemen’s large sausage but my order was not refunded. My other pizza had sat on hot bar for almost an hour. All in all a mess and we won’t be back.

This will be the first time I've ever left such a negative review. The one young man on shift tonight is the only one working. It took them 15 minutes to answer the phone to take our order. And there was 2 orders in queue when we arrived in sliding ours. And not a soul in the lobby. While waiting on our pizza. The phone rang for 10 minutes and they finally answered. Zero concern for Orders to drive business. And zero concern for the job at hand. Very disappointing service and store. I hope delivery can make up business for them.

Walked in to the restaurant at 11:50 and immediately saw the chairs had not been taken off the tables and was not sure if they were even open . One table was dirty from either where a customer had eat or the staff. Ordered the pizza, noticed there was something that looked like food crumbs all around the register. Was not clean. I was trying to decide on our drinks and looked at the drink machine and there was only water in the drink machine and 1 soft drinks. Ask for 20 ounce and there was only about 4 different 20 Oz drinks mostly diet. As I was getting my ice ,noticed a moldy looking substance on the side where the ice comes out. That being said , the lady was courteous and the pizza was good and was done in a timely manner. We visit quiet often and was the worst we have seen in this restaurant. I usually don't do reviews , but since we visit often thought you should know.

Ordered at 5:56 was supposed to be ready at 6:14. Cashier took my money completed the sale then never saw him again. Had to storm outside for my phone to get any recognition upon returning another person tries to charge me again and they gave me ranch when I asked for garlic butter sauce and I did not receive my hot pepper packets which I ordered. Finally got my food at 6:30 get home find out its wrong. This is why they don't need to earn more than minimum wage. The manager was very apologetic buy that only does so much when IM ALREADY HOME.

On 1-18-23 I decided to get a pizza bowl from Marco's in Crossville as I have been on a low carb diet. I called at 11:10 and ordered my pizza bowl, was told a 15 minute wait. at 11:34 I went to pick up my pizza bowl. The front door was locked, I called the line and was on hold until 11:38, standing at the front door periodically beating on it, at this time I walked back to my pickup and returned to work as I have a business to run. I've only had marcos pizza once and it was decent, but I will never return again.

This place is AWFUL! Spent $45 and didn't even have our salads after 20 minutes. Definitely not because they're understaffed or busy. Terrible, TERRIBLE service.

Filthy place.Tables and floors dirty.Soda machine sticky dust underneath soda machine.No silverware,napkin holders empty.Ignored while trying to order pizza.Walked out after 5 minutes.No greeting at all.Hope the owner sees this he needs to make changes.

Ordered a cheese pizza and some salads. Requested that the pizza was well done. Received a regular cooked pizza that was covered in tons of cheese. Taste was decent but not everyone likes extra cheese and I did not ask for it. The pizza looked nothing like what they were advertising in the store. Disappointed.
