I had the four cheese sandwich. It was alright too much bread for the little amount of cheese they put in it. The salad was good!

We showed up on a Saturday at noon and the line to order was really long. They still got us through fairly quickly and the food tasted really good. I ordered the New Yorker which was juicy and hot. The Mac and cheese was tasty as well. I couldn't find napkins (we were seated outside) and I asked one of the workers and she brought napkins, salt, pepper, and a tiny table-top trashcan to our table! I would come again.

Food was very good. Had the BLT with avocado and it was delicious. The food is a little pricey, but the service is excellent.

Over priced and not worth the price but it is very very good just way too expensive they need to lower the price or have some kind of cheaper items but I guess that's everywhere now so kind of makes it where they only can have rich people eat there lol 😆

Worst Reuben I've ever had. For $15 you'd think they would do better. Too salty almost zero thousand island. The soup is good when you can get it. They are always out. Wish we had a real deli to go to.

My first visit to McAlister's on Sunday was outstanding and I was blowen away from how much corned beef they pun on a Ruben Sandwich. My next visit was the Tuesday after the Sunday visit. I ordered the Beef, Cheddar Cheese and Horseradish sandwich. WOW what a total let down from Sunday's visit. The sandwich arrived but with maybe 2 thin slices of Roast Beef a total lack of Horseradish and the sprinkling of Cheddar. I don't tolerate gross inconsistencies very well so I think this was my 2nd and my LAST visit to any McAlister's Restaurant.

Third time here and I'm not sure why I keep trying it. It's very pricey for what it is side portion are very small. I've had pickle slices no bigger than a number two pencil at times. They want the tip up front I'm not paying for service I've yet to receive, and I'm glad I didn't we didn't get checked on one time while dinning. I know deli meats can be a little salty but with that being said if you are on a sodium restriction you better take your water pills. I got the 12 inch French dip, mac and cheese or whatever that goo was and a pickle. Wasn't feeling so well later that evening and after doing some research I had consumed almost 6000 mg of sodium. I won't be back ever.

What was going to be a negative was turned into a positive before we even left the building...

Sat afternoon stopped in for lunch (12:58pm on the ticket). Patiently waiting for our fresh made sandwiches until about 1:40pm (while we planned our review), we decided it was time to speak up. Another 5+ min and management arrived to apologize and took care of us and the bill. He explained there was a mix up/duplicate of the place cards issued to place on the table and coordinate the order to the correct table.

The food was great, (why we keep coming back)
The parking a little crowded (if you need to be right at the door). Not a bad thing. Just means others think they're worth visiting too.

I ordered a ceasar wrap and my bf ordered a ceasar salad, I told them it tasted like it had went bad and tasted like straight fish. I know it’s made out of anchovies but it tasted like I was eating a tuna wrap. They told me I just didn’t like the ceasar dressing and there’s nothing they could do for me.

EDIT: Below was my original review. This has been corrected! We went back to McAlister's after our first experience that wasn't great. I've updated the ratings to show for our new experience. After being contacted by upper management, we were given the opportunity to experience McAlister's again and what a different experience it was. We were greeted with a smile, our order was taken in a professional manner, and the overall service was wonderful. Our order was fresh, hot, and correct.I got the opportunity to finally try the sweet tea that I've heard so much about. It is top notch and I don't even drink sweet tea normally. Our food was absolutely amazing. We both decided to get the French dip and I'm sure glad we did. What a great sandwich! I also had a apple caramel cookie and that topped off a wonderful meal. Our family will definitely be back. McAlister's seized the opportunity to gain a life long customer! We will definitely be back with our family. We were highly satisfied and I do recommend trying it out if you haven't. Everyone has a bad day every once in awhile, it's what you do afterwards that counts in the long run, and they definitely corrected any previous issues we had. That's why I always give a place a second chance when they try and fix what was wrong the first go round. I'm very happy we did. Everything was great. I recommend trying the French dip, the tomato cucumber salad and definitely the sweet tea!

Not one customer in the place (probably due to the high price) and we barely got a hello or welcome of any sort. The girl taking our order obviously didn't want to be there. She also was asking my family what drink they wanted like it came with the sandwich, it doesn't. Only after she got to me, I asked . They don't, she was just ringing them up. When we ordered, since nobody was in the place I figured less than 10 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. I was definitely wrong on that! The cook was too busy yapping it up with the counter girl and had no care in the world to make our order. He literally stood in the window talking to her for the first 5 minutes we were waiting. It took about 20 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. Also, almost every sandwich that we wanted had avocado on it. They ran out. So we had to switch from our original order if we wanted a complete sandwich. I understand that happens sometimes due to things out of control, as I've worked in the industry for 20+ years. But everything else on top of it makes us not want to go back. Pricey, terrible service, and long wait times must be an issue because the place was empty during prime time. The food, although not exactly what we wanted was good. But with the service we received

First time at this brand new location. Great food. Very busy after church crowd. Long line and ordering a tad slow, but it's new, it's after church on Sunday. All else was perfect!

Great food for a great price! the Mac n cheese was amazing. I mixed it with some of the steamed broccoli and it was delicious. I also really love and appreciate the broccoli isn’t steamed to mush and isn’t salty all. It’s very fresh and very yummy! I would eat here all the time if I were local
