Very great sandwich, the New Yorker. And great potato salid. Plus, they also have Coke products. Clean and neat restaurant and employees are very personable.

We ordered ahead on the app., when we got there to pick it up we sat at the window for at least 10 minutes and was asked the name 3 different times. I ordered the ultimate nachos and when I opened them, there was no chili, cheese, sour cream or avocado. We drove back around and showed the nachos. We were told the chili came in a separate bowl, and she brought it to us. We asked about the avocado and were told they were out and she walked away. Still didn't get the sour cream either. Very slow service and the nachos were not ultimate or even standard. Very disappointed all the way around.

So I went to the restroom before ordering. There was no hand soap.
So....employees aren't washing either
I would suspect? I left and will not go back.

First time and last time. Ordered online for pick up. They didn’t have large cups so we were given 2 smalls of each drink (no big deal). Pull away and notice a soup is missing. Pull back through to be told there was no potato soup. Ok so we weren’t going to be given a refund or replacement if we hadn’t pulled through again? Got a different soup as a replacement. Then had to pull through a third time because we didn’t get salad dressing. Almost $40 for 2 of the pick two and 2 large drinks. Food was mediocre.

Our first time there, as far as I'm concerned the food was nothing special. My wife and I went because it's fairly new here, 2 sandwiches a side and a drink each. $47 then they ask for a tip. That bugs me I'll tip after we see how it goes thank you. We Were asked if we wanted the pickle both said yes but got no pickle. (I know it's petty) again 47 bucks. They have a list of sides to chose from only to find out there 4 bucks each when they lead you to believe your sandwiches come with it. I know we left feeling ripped off. Never going back. Over priced mediocre food.

Stopped here on a roadtrip for some sandwiches, which were delicious, but was even more surprised by the incredible service. Chad was attentive and went above and beyond - I honestly felt like we were in a 5 star restaurant. Incredible! Also the lemon blueberry cookie he recommended was amazing.

To start off $ 31.00 is way to much for 2 of these really bad sandwiches. Had to eat with one hand because I was swatting the Fly's and gnats away from my food. There was empty plates and trash on a lot of the tables when we came in and was still there when we left. I ordered lemonade and was given a cup ( empty ). It is behind the counter not self service. I had to interrupt the employees chatting to get my drink. When the food was brought to the table I had gotten potato salad but no spoon. ( could have used my finger's I guess ). Walked back to the counter and this time I had to go behind the counter to get them to get a spoon for me. ( again busy talking). I have never been this angry about a restaurant. Imagine my surprise when I attempted to go to the restroom and found out there was not a men's room but both were for either one. At this point I did a little research and found out how DEI this company is. What bothered me most is I gave this company $ 31.00 of hard earned money . Maybe you should take a hint from ford, Harley Davidson, lowes and other companies who have backed away from DEI because it was costing Them more in profits than it was worth.

The food was fresh and tasty. I ordered catering for 7 people and it was a good value and better than other sandwich places.

Food was good but thought it overpriced for what you get. Two sandwiches two sodas and a small soup was 36.00.

Parking: Parking lot has blind spots and can be dangerous being in the Lowes parking lot and poorly marked. Just be careful.

On our way back from our trip to Huntsville Alabama, we stopped for lunch in Crossville TN. We stopped at McAllister Deli and it was packed!!!

We got in line while Tony Vanoy secured a table for us. I ordered for him a Reuben Sandwich with side of Mac n' Cheese and I chose the half McAllister Club with Potato Soup. We share a Large Half cut Tea. The food was delicious!!!

Deacon got the kids pizza with Mac n' cheese and fruit punch to drink with a cookie. Joshua Hunt choose the Memphisian 6in sandwich with side of potato soup and soda. Kayla Beth Fields went with the McAllister Club and chips with water for her drink!!! The food was awesome! Total was roughly $60 with taxes & tips....Definitely would do again!!!
