The drive thru was tw0 long lines moving at a snails pace. After noting the cars ahead of me I went inside . I placed my order at the kiosk. for a dine in. Hi took my seat just as the car ahead of me outside drove by the window. I counted 17 cars go by and waited over 15 minutes to get my order. A customer is a customer and the order by dine in should be prioritized as part of the line.

It's McDonald's. They charge too much, take too long, mess up your order, and make you fat. It's the business model. But they're always friendly, and very happy to apologize and fix any mistake if you bring it to their attention. As McDonald's stores go, this one is not unpleasant.
