20251228 First time here. My pup's glucose was very low and she loves McDs fries. Arrived around a little after 1. The employees were helpful and nice. First time ordering a latta at any of the McDs. I usually go to Starbucks and I should have. The caramel latta tasted like burnt coffee, and I not a coffee drinker. The fries were short, as though I got the bottom of the batch. Excellent service at our local McDonald's! We're blessed to have a great crew right now, I stop sometimes in Cookeville and their Mickey D's doesn't even compare to Crossville's. Great job guys!

The drive thru was tw0 long lines moving at a snails pace. After noting the cars ahead of me I went inside . I placed my order at the kiosk. for a dine in. Hi took my seat just as the car ahead of me outside drove by the window. I counted 17 cars go by and waited over 15 minutes to get my order. A customer is a customer and the order by dine in should be prioritized as part of the line.
