My mom and I rarely eat at McDonald’s but were on our way home from vacation and just needed something quick. We paid for the completely wrong order and when the old woman at the window started handed us our drinks we realized it was not our order. We told her what we ordered and she asked for our receipt. Family received a drive-thru burger. It was fully undercooked. Did not realize it until we arrived home. After taking it back we asked for both compensation and a new burger. We had to waste our time and fuel driving to and from that location due to their negligence. The burger was raw enough that the manager was disgusted with it yet only would make a new one or reimburse not both.
