The Belleville Illinois McDonald’s serve the nastiest food ! My granddaughter couldn’t eat her happy meal! The hamburger was slimy, the fries were soggy and dark brown, the apples were spoiled!!! How are they getting by with selling this garbage?!!!!!! And they won’t answer the phone!!!! Absolutely disgusting!! Wasting my hard earned money!!!! WTH ,,, McDonald’s is Not good place anymore!!!!!

Four visits in four weeks and you’re still sending me home with missing items. I’ve paid for food I never received. This has also happened before. Now stop ignoring my messages, provide a response, sort out your staff and start fixing your mess. I want to pick up what I order and don’t fancy running a drive-thru version of Russian roulette, followed by apparently playing ‘guess what’s in the bag’.

It is sad that a worldwide chain has such little standards for the franchises and the quality of food and service recieved. We eat at multiple Mcdonalds locations and it is almost expected that the order will be wrong, food will be cold or there will be some other issue. we Have ordered breakfast online on the app and had it refused to be made because theur lines were ling and it was 10:38am when we got to the drivethru window for pickup. (order placed at 10am) and had to wait for 2 days for a refund to go back on our card...and the managnent doesnt have service skills to offer a resolution a coupon or a way to make customers seen or appreciated or valued when there are problems and the 800 # doesnt follow up with you...Today our mcdonalds was out french fries. How is Mcdonalds out of French Fries?? and how do you sell value meals on the apps and delivery services that include fries when you dont have fries there to sell or a replacement item or price adjustment?

waited nearly 3 hours for delivery, when it finally came there was NO food! just drinks and mcflurries, £52 for 4 drinks and 4 mcflurries, absolute joke!!! dont bother wasting your time🤬 Norton Park Stoke On Trent! Absolute morons

Drove there was closed . called and the lady said about 30 min. waited and waited I know about 45 minutes. tried to call again now they wont answer. so I wasted my time waiting when they said they were open but was not.... Fix your online times. and atleast give the courtesy to answer and say sorry for the inconvenience. was really looking forward to breakfast. ohh well not doing that again. lost a customer here Rochelle Illinois by country school

App order. Arrived Spenard location Anch,AK. Drivethru closed, Doors locked. Asked Employee what to do to change p/u in app. Kept screaming at me we’re closed. So rude. No help. F*** MCD

3 trips, back to back. you either can get what you pay for or not , by experience is, you cannot. I ask for onions, I get told they are out or get none.
no reason to return. plain burger has no cheese on it, I hope they can eventually find onions , people like then.
