I just went to Nicks Italian Ice with my family and I asked for a Regular size which is 3 scoops. I barely even got 2 scoops. I got to the very bottom of my cup and there wasn’t even half of a scoop of Blue Raz (I ordered Blue Raz & Tropical Passion) The girl that served us barely gave my brother any Cotton Candy ItalianIce.

I recently visited Nick's Italian Ice with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service we received from Jacey, was extremely poor. Despite ordering four regular-sized Italian ices, we were given very small portions, which felt discriminatory considering other customers received more generous servings. Additionally, Jacey's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming.This behavior was consistent with past experiences involving Jacey at CCHS, where she exhibited racist behavior, including the use of derogatory language. It's disheartening to see such behavior carry over into her professional life, and it greatly impacted our visit. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

We come here all the time and it’s always great, but today we went through the drive through and the girl was not very nice and barely filled our cups. My cup was half full and I was very disappointed. Paying the same price for half of what we usually get is ridiculous. Love the food but the service we got today was very discouraging.This picture was taken before I ate a single bite.

They don't open until 1pm on Sunday. 3 cars were waiting in line and they didn't even bother to open at the correct time.I had to ask and they said"We'll be open later today."Thats it.Nothing else.No time, no apology.Nothing.Very unprofessional.
This is my favorite place in the whole world. I would go get Italian Ice every day if possible. I love shaved ice but this is even better. A great place to take the kids for any occasions. The variety is also wonderful they always a flavor for everyone.

This is the way Italian ice should be! Smooth, flavorful and melts in your mouth. Every flavor I’ve tried has been delicious, and their drive-thru is extremely convenient. I’ve had their custard as well, but have yet to try their ice cream. Maybe next time!
