First time visiting at Pasquale's Autentico in Crossville tonight. Clean, neat environment, good background music mix, limited seating, some outdoor seating for summer time. We ordered the Carne DiLusso pizza and a small antipasto. Pizza was excellent! Nice amount of char all around. It’s thin crust wood fired. Sauce is excellent. Meatballs excellent. Quality salami and pepperoni. Antipasto was heaping for a small, dressed with basic house dressing of olive oil and vinegar with mixed bitter greens, my favorite! Again meats on top were quality, not cheap cold cuts. Plenty of olives, cucumber and tomatoes. We finished with two cannoli, absolutely delicious 😊 Prices are reasonable for the quality products they put out. Looking forward to their homemade Italian cookies.😉 Certainly a gem that you could easily pass by if you weren’t careful. My goal is try everything on their menu. 🤣 Would like to also sit for one of their farm-to-table evenings as well. Sounds wonderful. Also have daily specials.

Absolutely amazing pizza! Left us filling satisfied but not overly stuffed because it's such good quality food! Staff was so friendly. Feels like you are in a totally different culture. We definitely will be back!

First time visit. Supreme Pizza was okay...the olives really made the flavor pop. Nicely turned edges from the wood fired oven, but the bottom nit cooked enough. Maybe the oven was not hot enough. Service was just okay, as they do not have table service. You place your order and pay at the counter and grab a soda from the cooler. I'm not sure if they offer cups of ice...didn't see any with a cup. Super small tables with not enough chairs. Hated the small, cold steel chaies from a hilds school classroom. They need to offer better. There is no atmosphere there... just the pizza oven in the middle of the dining room. Oh, the large pizza was only about an inch larger than the small pizza. Next time, we'll just order a small to share. I had high expectations goibg in, but left a bit disappointed.

First visit, with more to come. If a place isn't good, it would be rare for a return so I think that speaks volumes.
This is not your old pizza place. We decided to experience one of the most unique pizza's on the menu: Prosciutto e arugula. Excellent! We are ready to try some more. Woodfired flavor, a crispy yet chewy crust, and a flavorful mix of toppings.
Staff was warm and inviting, service quick. Come, enjoy.

Good food and the owner is super friendly. Will be back to try some of his specials. Pizza was very good, meatball panini also very good. Looking forward to trying in house desserts, though the ones we had were excellent.

So good. We got the meatball pizza which was very good. We also got the prosciutto pizza which was good as well. Very different pizzas but both delicious. The chocolate cannoli was so good, so good. Reminds me of italian bakeries growing up in Chicago. flourless chocolate cake was good too! It has a little sea salt on it, my husband loved that, I could do it without it. But the actual flourless cake was better than id ever had before. We will be back next time we are in crossville! Owner was there and super helpful!

Granted it is a very small place if you plan on eating there, but the food and service were excellent. We had the meatball pizza and the cheese pizza. Others with us had Calzones Will definitely go back again and again.

Easily the best pizza south of the Mason Dixon line.. tastes just as good as pizza in the big apple using wood fired stoves ... nailed it....highly recommend if you want a delicious pizza pie
