Pit Stop Pizza in Crossville is known for its delicious pizza, with options like chicken queso and spinach queso pizzas. Customers highly recommend the pepperoni and combo pizzas, as well as the wings and pepperoni pizza rolls. The staff is friendly, and while the parking lot can be busy, there are plenty of spots available. The homemade sub buns and cheesy bread are not to be missed. Many customers say the pizza is tasty and fairly priced, with the veggie pizza being a favorite. The crust is praised for being very tasty and awesome. Some note that takeout pizzas can become somewhat soggy by the time they reach home, so the restaurant might consider offering pizza boxes with vents or a ripple sheet to elevate the pizza, even if it means a slight price increase.
Pit Stop Pizza has also received praise for catering a wedding reception, providing a variety of pasta dishes, salad, bread, and 30 delicious pizzas. Customers look forward to returning for future events. The pizzas, especially the pineapple and bacon combination, have earned a loyal following, with many describing the pizza as "GOOOOD!" One recent visitor mentioned that the Chicken Spinach Alfredo pizza was very good and the crust was very tasty. Another customer shared that they've been twice and find the place absolutely fantastic; they especially love the pepperoni rolls and service. Many customers say it’s the best pizza in Crossville so far, and although they can't eat there often, they plan to stop whenever they pass through.
