My wife and I do take out.....usu a veggie pizza. Extremely tasty at a fair price. It takes me about 10 min to get home...by then the bottom crust is somewhat soggy and flaccid....if you catch my drift. I did read that veggie pizzas are known for that characteristic. Since takeout pizza has been around forever as well as limp pizza ,I decided to do a little research.The soggyness occurs when the steam condenses on the pizzas bottom. So to mitigate this problem one can purchase...
