Just Me
Omg. We just picked up a large pizza to take home. (20 min drive plus). Started to eat. Very little sauce! Next to none. And it doesn't taste right! Really🤬
Update. Called. We can take it back for a new one . But was told, how can we tell there is no sauce with all the toppings that are on it. Really? You got to be kidding me. It also tastes bad. And B. I have a broken ankle, I have to get a ride. Not a good experience today.

While out running errands_ I had a taste for pizza. My husband and I tried the Pizza Hut here in Crossville once when we first retired here. The experience wasn't a good one. This time I was a lone diner. I sat and the server attended my table swiftly and took my drink order. The sweet tea was very good. I ordered fries and a personal pan pizza. The fries arrived hot and tasty; I enjoyed them. The pizza arrived with raw dough and cool sausage pieces atop the pizza. I called the waitress over, she comped the pizza, and out the door I went. It was not a visit where they redeemed themselves from the first disappointing visit. I will drive to Cookeville for pizza on my next craving.

Lets start with the online stuff. I ordered 2 pizzas, one a simple 1 topping, the other had 3 toppings. It said wait time 33 minutes. no problem at all. I recheck the online thing and it says its done. So I walk in from my car (wasnt worried about time that much). Walk in and the lady says "we just put it in the oven". I ask her how long that takes and she said she didn't know. So I sit on the bench thingy over there. I wait 11 minutes for my pizza...... Whilst waiting I asked again how long it would be and was told it is almost done. It was another 5-6 minutes til it was done. The man who gave me the pizza did not say any words at all. I drove him (not far) and the pizza looks like it had been sitting for quite a while, it was not very hot either..... I ordered chicken, bacon, banana peppers.... it did not have bacon it had some kind of sausage.... The pepperoni pizza had so much crust on it too.... like an enormous amount of crust. Overall the service was horrible, the food was horrible, the atmosphere was horrible.
No salad bar at this location. Server was friendly and kept my drink refilled. Pizzas were infrequently put out and dried out. My wife asked for pasta and they brought her an individual serving which was fresh and hot.

Place was a mess. Bad service, no napkins, buffet is empty except for old pizza, never got asked if I wanted a refill or anything. The check was dropped off at my table as the waitress passed by, nothing said. WOW has Pizza Hut gone down hill. I won't be going back there ever!

Was a sad visit the manager was in a bad mood so employees were stressed. Was there to enjoy the lunch buffet it was awful.

I called and asked if they had a lunch buffet. The lady said yes and that it runs from 11:00 to 2:00. We arrived at 1:30 and the hostess said they hadn’t had anyone in an hour so they shut it down and she wasn’t interested making some fresh food. Very disappointing. We’ve had other pizza huts happy to make fresh. If you close the buffet down early then you should not tell folks it’s open until 2:00. The other irony, while we were waiting to be seated the waitress was in the phone telling someone else the buffet was open daily from 11:00 to 2:00. Needless to say we left.

I'll never buy anything from this restaurant again. They had my friends vehicle towed. She was a customer thats vehicle died pulling in to get pizza. She left a note that told hér name and number and that she would be to get the vehicle in a day. They had it towed and didn't call her number. They won't get anymore business from me for sure!!!!!
