The faces at Pizza Hut were all new when I went on Easter to pick up a pizza for the kids.Staff was attentive and polite, pizza was “bussin bussin” according to my 10-year old. Stuffed crust with tomatoes and black olives.Great job!

The folks were very friendly and helpful, sadly the pizza wasn't very good. It seemed like the cheese was of a cheap variety. Lastly the center was soggy and undercooked. Again, the staff was great.

Be warned that when picking up your pizza to-go, they will change the tip you put down. This happened twice now. Instead of being contacted by the regional manager, the store manager acts completely confused and says he will fix it. This location is clearly committing theft towards customers and the appropriate authorities have been contacted. Pay in cash if you go there.

The customer service I received was best I've seen in years.
I like a stuffed crust pizza and pizza hut has the best to me. The service was friendly but very slow and we had to flag them down to get drink refills. Not much you can say about the food as it's pretty standard across them allVegetarian options: Cheese and/or veggie pizza

I never received food, service or even a call after placing an online order. A driver called a half hour later to say they are closed. I've been bed bound and alone for days without food. If Pizza Hut is closed, they should not take orders and payments.

Went to the crossville pizza hut today to pick up an order. They were really busy, but all the staff had such good attitudes, toward the customers and to each other. The food was ready fast, and made very well ?
I'm impressed pizza hut of crossville exceptional employees and service all around will be a repeat customer for pizza needs in the near future!!! .

I have a special needs son and a few months ago we decided to dine in at this Pizza Hut. I never know how my son will be accepted when trying a restaurant for the first time and have my guard up. Let me tell you not only was the restaurant clean and the food delicious but the waiter was AMAZING with my son!! It was such a wonderful experience that we go back every week. Everyone from the GM ,managers, and wait staff are friendly, respectful, and attentive, it is a joy to go every week and see the friendship that my son and our original waiter have built.If you're looking for great food at reasonable prices with wonder service give Pizza Hut in Crossville a try..I don't think you'll be disappointed...who knows you may see us there.
