Waited 10 minutes from being seated until anyone came to the table. That 10 minutes gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted, or so I thought... I ordered the Saturday special only to be told they weren't doing that right now. OK, so ordered a regular menu item, Meat Loaf (something not noted as a daily special and is not seasonal)... Not serving that right now either! Visiting Fairfield Glade and Red's was one of the recommendations. Wish I had chosen differently!

Poor service. Average food. They had just opened in a new location. May try again in a month or so.

It’s a great addition to the Crossville area dining choices - a fun sports bar with good energy, great food, and fun servers!

Stopped with a friend for lunch, pleasant atmosphere. We both had fish sandwiches they were the best fish sandwich I have had in a very long time! The breeding was just barely there not heavily coated. Moist fish overall great sandwich!Waitress was friendly, helpful and attentive. Clean place.

We had a group of 20 golfers and we have in the past went to Reds at their previous location for several years. Food is always good to very good. We sat on outside patio, and I can honestly say ( as did everyone else in our group) the chairs / barstools ( not sure how to describe them) but most uncomfortable chair I have ever had in a restaurant. Pretty easy fix. If they were decent we would have had a couple more drinks after dinner. 2nd suggestion, put your draft beer on a list. Poor server had to repeat the list to 7 or 8 of our group. Our waitress was overwhelmed with 20 of us and 4 other tables . Wait time for drink requests, when they arrived, food request, when it arrived made for a long 2.5 hours. Easy to get to 5 stars. Better chairs and add some help. You could have sold $200 more, shortened time. Still one of the best options in fairfield glade but bring a cushion.

Took 35 minutes for food to arrive. Waitress never came back to refill our drinks never asked if we wanted anything. Ordered a hamburger well done and it had pink.

Overall I'm very disappointed... I went in last night for dinner. I got a table near the bar. The bartender dropped me a menu and i ordered a liquid marijuana to drink which was very good and the only reason i have 2 stars for the food. I ordered their 8 oz hand cut ribeye med/rare with mashed potatoes and white gravy and the "vegetable of the day" green beans, also i ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich to go but told her i didn't want that started until i was almost done so it would be hot and fresh to take home to my mother. I asked when ordering if the ribeye was good and tender to which she replied "Its hand cut" as if that said everything. My order was slipped onto the table without a word from the waitress to see if I needed anything else so I had to wait and flag her down in order to get some Heinz 57 for it. The mashed potatoes had some watery white gravy on it that was barely enough to go a few bites and the vegetable of the day green beans was about half bacon and the beans were chewy. And I don't know what all to say about the steak but apparently whoever was cutting it doesn't know how to even cut a steak or for that matter how to make one medium rare. It was med/well and not all that tender plus it had a larger than golf ball size clump of fat hanging off one end and gristle down the sides. I wasn't halfway done with my meal when she came by and asked me if I wanted another drink which I ordered because as I said it was very good. Then my drink was delivered along with the Philly cheesesteak to go. And apparently that's the same price even when you get just a sandwich without the fries or anything. I don't know about the taste because I didn't eat it but it didn't appear to be much of a sandwich for 12 bucks. So I had to hurry and finish my food and down my second drink so I could try to get that sandwich home to my mom before it got cold and nasty. I am including pictures and I must say that I've never given this poor of a review to anyone. Which is sad because Reds used to make good food. The bartender / server I had was not personable at all and I must say for the price I'm very disappointed. That was a 19.00 steak that I had to take micro bites of just to chew it. I haven't eaten at Red's in a long time and I'm sorry to report that the quality seems to have gone downhill. In the pictures the pile on the left is the bacon left over after I ate the green beans. You can see the mashed potatoes left after the little bit of gravy was gone and the chunk on the upper end of the steak is just a big ball of fat. And for $50 plus tip as i said i was very disappointed.
