The salad bar was fine… my husband got fish and chips, the fish looked like fish sticks. And what few fries were there was all over the place.. I got the New Orleans seafood… it was cold and I found bones in the tilapia… told the waitress so they could watch in case some kids gets it.. for $65 it should have been at least warm.. and not most of it throwed away… we came from over an hour away

Service was extremely slow for everything. The server quickly dropped the check off and ran away, even though we had the credit card on the table and took an extremely long time to pick up the card. We waited a very long time to get seated even though the restaurant was only 1/4 full.
Barbara, the waitress spoke very highly of the management after I said it must be poor management that the restaurant was out of many many items on the menu. She explained that the trucks had been fighting traffic , the restaurant had been slammed Christmas Day and Christmas Eve and there was nothing they could have prepared for. Brie, the general manager introduced herself, apologized as well, and explained that another manager was currently out of town, borrowing items for tomorrow’s crowd, in case there were problems. Barbara told the truth, otherwise I might not have ever come again. She is DEFINITELY (and Brie) an asset for this store!!
