Passing through today. Service was good most of the food was old and nasty on the cold bar. Pickle was so slimy I wouldn't eat it. Spring mix was so old it was shriveled up dry and some portions of it was slimy and inedible. Some of the containers on the cold bar were clearly just brought from the cooler not stirred up not repotted it was old brown and dry. Definitely disappointed definitely not interested in going back. Next time I'm driving through the area I'll keep on driving

We decided to order from the menu because the buffet was small, did not have many choices and some of the food was dried out. The food is very bland! I ordered the catfish (it wasn't catfish...it was Swai)...coleslaw was terrible and onions was cold...The best part of my dish was the ice water. My husband had sausage patties (the best part of his breakfast! Eggs and cheese grits and biscuit. Also very bland.

We ate here for the first time in a while. Our server was excellent. Attentive and aware of our needs. My husband enjoyed his grilled chicken sandwich. My American cheese burger was fairly good but had lots of grease dripping off the burger. I put a napkin on my plate as it ran out. I recommend the cook make an effort to drain the grease off the burger before making the sandwich.

The Crossville, TN location is absolutely amazing. We were blessed to have Rachel serve us on Thanksgiving Day. She is an incredible gem in every way. The team of 14 handled the massive crowds and traffic superbly. No waits and never ran out of any food ever. Rachel needs a true reward as does the entire team. It took them all to make this rockstar holiday so memorable. We will always choose them for every holiday and non-holiday.moments!
