Just ordered 1/2lb of chopped brisket and brisket loaded nachos! Delicious! Some of the best we've ever had! Definitely will be going back!
In addition to the countless times I have enjoyed the Smoking Paw’s food truck, Miguel and company catered my wedding. EVERYONE raved about the food! From the jalapeño poppers and moinkballs (bacon wrapped meatballs) to the pulled pork, brisket, and smoked Mac and cheese, no one walked away hungry and everyone left happy. A truly wonderful catered experience!

Brisket is excellent. Try the cabbage you will love it! Big portions.
