*UPDATE* called corporate and spoke with HR over this !!!!PATTY IS THE CARHOP!!!!Not what it used to be was shamed and treated like a thief for paying with a debit card PATTY refused me my food until she had my debit card and then went back inside with BOTH MY FOOD AND CARD until the card cleared when confronted I was told that it was the rules and the other carhops just donāt follow them as she snickered truly a shameful experience when you treat someone as if they are going to steal a $4 burrito H/R HAS BEEN NOTIFIED terrible service and slow thanks PATTY

We go through here a lot of times on sunday morning on our way to church.Always do our order on the app.And then pull in for it to be delivered to our car.
Do not recommend the Texas BLT the bread must come pre made, was very tough.

Every slushy is out absolutely ridiculous I can see if it was one but all of them is ridiculous. I weāll never be back to this sonic in crossville TN. Even the one in Wartburg TN had issues I donāt understand what the deal is.
