Just went and park to order a #3 and #4 combo. Lady inside got the first one, but had trouble on the second one and didn't hear part of the order which I told her again. The items on the screen started to move around get made into a combo. She asked was there anything else, and while I reading over it to make sure it had everything and had the tomato removed that took 5 seconds, she says that would be $23 and click. She got it wrong in the end, so I left.

I love the hometown-feeling atmosphere at this local Sonic. The employees are always so nice & friendly! I love the Raspberry sweet tea and when I'm not in the mood for that I love the variety options on drinks you offer. The food is always fresh & tasty.

*UPDATE* called corporate and spoke with HR over this !!!!PATTY IS THE CARHOP!!!!Not what it used to be was shamed and treated like a thief for paying with a debit card PATTY refused me my food until she had my debit card and then went back inside with BOTH MY FOOD AND CARD until the card cleared when confronted I was told that it was the rules and the other carhops just don’t follow them as she snickered truly a shameful experience when you treat someone as if they are going to steal a $4 burrito H/R HAS BEEN NOTIFIED terrible service and slow thanks PATTY
