It took forever to get our drinks, one person at a time, with bottled beer arriving last only after reminding the server. Some mixed drinks, though on their menu, we're made incorrectly. We pretty much had to guide our server on what to do when. When our food order hadn't been taken 40 minutes into the visit, the manager reassured us that next time we need only tell them we have a 2-hour window and they will move faster.
No one's meal was great, though not inedible. Two were very salty and most were forgettable. Everyone was polite and friendly, but we won't be back.

This place has so much potential. First it was so cold we (4 of us ) left our coats on. I had the wild mushroom pasta. The mushrooms were not cooked. My husband had spaghetti, pork loin limone, and the beef dish was ok. Creme brulee ( the had a different name for it) was runny. The apple tart was not good.

I was in last night, my waitress was excellent with us! And the food was absolutely wonderful! But we were sad to find out that the manager was a rude man and made 2 waitresses Cry and caused 1 to cry for just talking with us. Then one proceeded to walk out crying and left. I find that absolutely unbelievable that I had to witness that along with other costumers I’ve never in my life witnessed something like that. Absolutely unprofessional!!

Probably the best restaurant in this part of the state. Their European inspired dishes are superbly delicious and fresh. Began options equally so.

A little bit off tonight by not receiving the correct meal but it is still absolutely worth eating here. Everyone is entitled to a night a with where they are not spot on. Please give this local spot a try. You won't be disappointed!!

After sitting for over an hour without our food, we decided to leave. There were a lot of excuses given by a very apologetic server but we heard other chatter around the restaurant from other servers contradicting what we were being told. I wish we had the chance to try the food but it got ridiculous. We had a 730 reservation. We walked out at 9. It got awkward as we were the only patrons left and yet the food never made it out of the kitchen.

Server had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in the door, it appeared she didn’t wanna do her job. Waited 40 mins for a pizza and the hostess/owner checked on us more than our server.. might I add the cups were visibly dirty. 👎🏼

I was excited to eat here only to be disappointed. Service was not great, piano was too loud for space and food was mediocre. I have never been to an Italian restaurant where complimentary bread was not served but Greek salad with no lettuce was served. Our Server was also cashier and bartender as well as new. We definitely will not be back.

First time here. Absolutely amazing place. The vegan/vegetarian options where great lots to choose from. Had the Veggie grinder on ciabatta bread with vegan smoked gouda, it was out of the world grilled to perfection just the right amount of veggies and sauce on it. I will be returning. It's so hard to find quality vegan food in the area. This is a must try place.
The Cooks and servers were so helpful.
Thanks for a great dinning actspaiance.

Whenever we travel somewhere, we always hope to find a hidden gem of a place like this. We came to Crossville for a wedding and I spotted this little spot. We got lucky, they take reservations but they have a few tables for those, like us, that wander in. We were greeted by a wonderfully friendly gentleman named Jeffrey. I got excited when I read the menu and saw that the dishes seemed authentic. For me, the carbonara is one dish that will tell you if the food is authentic or not. It was fantastic. Everything was well balanced with flavor. The salad was perfectly tangy and carefully assembled, from the way the lettuce was chopped to the small additions like radish that made the flavors pop. The bread was so obviously hand made and perfectly chewy. The fig and pear crumble was delicate and delightful, not overly sweet. The grande finale for me though was the key lime pie. Ingredients up in Florida so I believe my opinion holds some weight in this matter, hands down, the very best key lime pie I have ever had. We usually share an entree and a dessert but I'm glad we splurged and each got an individual dish. The servings were just right and I felt like it was money well spent on a wonderful meal.

This place exceeded my expectations. Service was good and the food was much better than expected. Would highly recommend. Probably the best meal you can get for miles and miles around. Name's a little weird for an Italian place though.
